Overall the experience staying here is awesome apart of the breakfast I guess. Staffs are very nice and polite. Rooms are okay for the price they charge. Location extremely strategic.

second time went to this hotel and stay for 2 nights. it's a nice place. comfy. close to all the transports. especially KL SENTRAL station. 10 minutes walking distance. rooms are nice. clean. spacious. and great staffs.

I found a cockroach in my room. It was so unnerving to see that creature crawling around in the room. The bedsheet and pillow are stained. I bet they never wash them. What a nightmare!

The location is strategic. Close to KL Sentral. The hotel, although a bit old, is still well maintained. Cleanliness is also maintained. The room is also relatively more spacious. It could be an alternative if you go to Kuala Lumpur again.

For a 3-star hotel, the room atmosphere is not too good, the room looks old and there is no mineral water provided. Yesterday I also met a cockroach. But for that price, it is actually enough.

amazing, I like staying at KL Sentral Hotel, besides being close to all destinations, there is also a Nasi Kandar restaurant in front of it which I think is really delicious, and behind the hotel there is also a prayer room which is really comfortable when it's time to pray.

Second time stayed here, and it gets better. Please maintain this performance, we'll be back for sure. Fyi: it is an old hotel, but overall the facility compared to nearby hotel, Hotel Sentral is much better.
