The check-in process was not too long. The hotel is strategically located near LaLaport BBCC shopping center and Berjaya Times Square. The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation such as LRT and Monorail. The bedroom is spacious but there were cockroaches and stains on the carpet. Overall it is still quite okay, just improve the cleanliness of the room.
