This is a residence that the owner leaves for a daily morning. I am very difficult to contact him. To stay And everything is so difficult It would not be suitable for me. But the accommodation is clean, safe, there is noise from the road in the morning.

It was an okay experience. I expected place will be cleaner. Sofa was stained and it looked dirty to be honest. Shower bar was broken but at least it was still working. Great customer service at the lobby you can leave your luggages after check out. Will I go back here again? Probably not.

Great aparthotel in Mont Kiara area. I booked this property because I need to attend exhibition at MITEC which is 10 minutes driving. The location is quite strategic and nearby many shops and restaurants. I've had very late check in but it was quite flawless. The property seems bit old but very clean and well maintained.

They're cheating on room rate! Additional cleaning fee will be charged! And it 's under “accommodation policy”!

Parking can be validated each time we go out. We needed to get the card from the reception counter to use the lift which connects the carpark, lobby, and rooms. Security-wise is good. Convenient-wise, I'd say it 's OK when you get the hang of their system. Probably hotel can give an instruction of how to get from car park to the reception. Maybe I had missed out. We got a room upgrade, so no complaints there. Room was more than our expectation. Thanks again.
