Accommodation Policy & General Information in Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

A deposit of MYR 500.00 – MYR 1,000.00 (based on room type) is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out and subject to miscellaneous expenses during the stay.
Through a notice from the Attorney General’s Chambers, implementation of the Tourism Tax requires us as a registered hotel operator to collect the Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night from foreign guests on behalf of the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) from 01 September 2017.
