I had the most pleasant stay here with my friends. The staff was so understanding and helping. Check in time was earlier because I have to decor the room for my friend’s anniversary surprise. The room very big, neat and beautiful.

I had an amazing 5 night stay at the hotel. I just wanted to highlight 1 thing that stood me the most. There is this young lady that works at the 22nd floor restaurant. I think I noticed the name tag says Michelle. She helped me a lot giving me ideas where to go and what to see as this was my 1st time in Kuching. On top of that, she was very friendly and spent time to have a short onversation with me every time I had my daily afternoon tea break. Big kudos to Michelle (I hope I get the name right) and the entire pullman kuching crews. I know I'm gonna be back to Kuching sometime next year as there are so many things I haven't explored and will definitely stay in Pullman again.

Everything was good and perfect, but we need to pay 10-13 RM per day just for parking the car, I mean …. Why 5 star hotel still need to charge for the parking fee ….

Everything is great. Helpful staffs and clean environment (room and toilet). The only thing that need to improve is car park.

Thanks for upgraded my room to deluxe which is spaces and comfortable. If the hotel could upgrade the TV to the bigger panel will be much better.

There 's no pleasant welcome. The staff are not well trained for receiving customers. Not bother to greet until I have to teach them to greet as Hi sir good evening, how are you and can I get some assistance from you. I did purposely to educate them for better service at least to new customers. Generally, I feel very bad and it 's tonnage the Hotel reputation and eventually will drop the Hotel standard.

Room deco boring. Breakfast also boring and do kampung. Coffee house staff rude and allow patrons not wearing mask while taking food. Nothing special or memorable about this hotel.

It takes too long to check in. Out of 4 rooms, 1 room remained not ready until 7 pm so we are given a late upgrade to a suite. I also have a condition that requires only slight customization for the check-in: I booked two nights of the same type of room under two different booking vouchers. It takes God knows how much time to talk with the check-in officer. The solution they provided was not practical, first I was told to check out first, and then I was told to get back at 11.30 am the second day at the hotel to process my second-night booking. Can you believe it? I am a tourist on a schedule and she asked me to come back in the middle of the day. Why can't you just take my data and process them later if 11.30 am is the time you're able to process the booking? I am thankful for Andrew though because he made sure that I didn't have to check out my first night. But on the second day, I didn't see him at first the person I met in the lobby made me go back at 11.30 am lol. Thankfully she let me not go back until midday eventually. The make-up room needs to be called because when I got back at 3 pm, the room has not been made. At 6 pm I had to leave the room again and yet for that 3 hours, I continue to be “on queue” and no housekeeping service came to my room. Breakfast was not satisfactory. A limited variety of food is provided. The egg counter takes too long to just make an order. It itched me to see one chef cooking using only one pan. Even I can do better than that to manage the queue. Is this even Pullman standard? Overall, the room is clean and spacious enough to let our group rest. Other than the too-complicated person at the check-in counter, other staffs are friendly.

Have to wait the room ready more than 1 hour after check in time. Should improve. People are expecting a smooth arrival.
