Good location, city center is just walking distance around the hotel, lots of culinary. Only the parking can't open the basement gate even though I've tried many times.

Check in and check up is very easy in this hotel, but when we want to check in we have to go to the 6th floor and our accommodation has to go through the 4th floor and regarding cleanliness and everything, we still have to inform and remind because every day there are definitely less items, sometimes tissues, sometimes towels and everything is better than the first time I came, thank you, hopefully when I come again everything will be even better

Stay in the hotel for 1 night. Beautiful night view. However, the bed made some noise when I slept on it. Air conditioning functioning well. Hot water also working well. Really recommended.

The room is also good with the swimming pool, but the cleanliness is a bit lacking, like the sheets are not vacuumed and the towels are not changed, they are not asked for them, they are not changed, they are not told, they only answer yes, the room is only given soap and shampoo, the cups we drink from are not cleaned, the people who come every day only take the trash, the rest are like they don't care, actually the hotel is already good, but the cleanliness of the sheets and towels must be changed and swept, and the cups cleaned, the others are okay, thanks for your attention to fix it, and next time if I go there again, I want to stay there again and want to see what is considered, my comments to fix it

I think that in terms of apartments, the hotel has access to the reception on different floors, the route to the room is down and up again, it is not well organized so we are confused and the service hours are also not 24 hours.

I stayed with my hubby for 8 nights, near the hills supermarket, walkable to statue cat, waterfront, Mc donald, topspot food court, 7 eleven, 24 hours laundry, upside down house, etc.. freindly staff 😀😀😀 I look forwards to back again..
