Hampton Inn by Hilton Tijuana

Location was very convenient. We had an event at the university and luckily it was a staight drive over there. Breakfast was ok but the restaurant and the coffee shop right outside of the hotel were great. The hotel lunch/dinner was very bad and the service wasn't great either. I ordered a hamburger for my daughter who is a very picky eater, i specifically requested that it be a PLAIN burger many times I asked the gemtleman to please have it with only the meat and the bun no vegetables, no cheese and no dressing. He confirmed with me and brought it back with mayo, ham, bacon, and cheese. He said that he told the cook but she misunderstoon and only made it with no veggies but if I'd like I can just remove the extra meat. I opened the burger and let him know that it had cheese and Mayo and if we can please get the burger remade. he didn't seem too happy about it but said okay. I asked to please take the burger back and he did, he returned a couple of minutes later and said that the cook removed the ham for me. He asked if I still wanted it to be remade and I said yes, please because we just want meat and bread and handed it back. He asked if wanted to just keep that one as well because they were just going to toss it. My husband said okay. The burger did not taste good at all. In the bill they charged us for both burgers, when we asked why he said because we ordered two burgers and kept both. We said thats not what happened but okay, we didnt want to argue.

Only stayed one night after landing in Tijuana to avoid driving back home so late. Very clean, parking was easy and convenient.

Very safe and clean walking distance to restaurants n shopping.

Very disappointed 1. Lack of Air Conditioning: The entire property was without A/C during our stay, leaving both guests and staff uncomfortable in extreme heat. 2. Power Outage: There was a full power outage at the hotel, causing multiple inconveniences. 3. Elevator Malfunctions: Only one elevator was operational for two days, and on two separate occasions, I personally became stuck inside due to mechanical issues. 4. Accessibility Issues: Because of the outages and malfunctioning elevators, my family and I were repeatedly forced to use the stairs. This was extremely difficult and unsafe, especially while carrying a stroller and an infant.

Breakfast was ok but can be better and a little too pricey for the type of hotel pool is small

Everything was wonderful, staff was very friendly and most were bilingual which was very helpful. The breakfast was served hot amd kept fresh. The rooms were clean, cozy and quite with wonderful views. Hotel is service pet friendly. I will be returning.

Safe and Quiet

They keep me waiting an hour to check in… supervisor name Sonia was very very inefficient… Great inaptitud… No courtesy, very rude, to log waiting to check in… 😡

Power went off for more than 3 hours and we had to use the stairs from fourth floor to the lobby with my 81 years old mom. No reasoning was provided

We like everything, very clean and quiet definitely we’ll be back.

He breakfast was amazing and the service as well.

Great Location

We had issues with room 601 (HVAC not working) but they helped us immediately and moved us to a room on the 1st floor. When we asked for the sofabed linen they came quickly. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. Breakfast was good too.

The room os very outdated does not reflect the photos shown also the bed is very uncomfortable

The hotel is near the airport that is a plus, the rooms are clean the breakfast is good the service is GREAT! The only thing about the hotel, are the sofas, couches, chairs in the lobby These need to be replace they look heavely used
