Very good hotel with friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay.

This place was a great stay for a great price! Staff was so nice, everything was very clean, styling was modern. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable room with great facilities. Only comment is that the lighting is a bit too dark - could do with more light especially around the dining table area.

Conveniently located in a shopping plaza with access to restaurants, grocery, coffee shops and other retail stores. Parking is shared with the mall but no issues during my stay obtaining a spot (€20 per night with hotels discount, no in-out privileges however). Clean, bright and friendly hotel. Breakfast was provided at the attached restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Element Amsterdam for two nights during a business trip, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in several areas. Room Quality The room was impressively spacious, featuring a full kitchen that was perfect for preparing meals. I appreciated the large desk, which provided ample space to work comfortably. Additionally, the room was equipped with Chromecast, allowing me to easily stream Netflix and other services, making my downtime enjoyable. Service The service at Element Amsterdam was outstanding. The reception staff were not only kind but also incredibly helpful with any inquiries I had. Their friendliness made a significant difference in my overall experience, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Facilities The hotel features a well-equipped gym, which I found to be a great addition for maintaining my fitness routine while traveling. It was clean and had a good selection of equipment. Location The location of Element Amsterdam is fantastic. It’s conveniently situated next to a mall that includes a grocery store and various other shops, making it easy to grab essentials or enjoy a meal out. This accessibility added to the convenience of my business trip. Overall Experience Overall, my stay at Element Amsterdam was highly positive. The combination of spacious accommodations, excellent service, and a prime location made it an ideal choice for my business needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

My stay in The Element was a wonderful experience. The reception staff were pleasant, helpful & sincere while the morning cafe staff (Pansy & her colleagues) were accommodative, friendly and generous. I love the room coz it’s spacious & comfy & especially the kitchenette corner has all I needed. I’ll definitely return to stay again in my next visit to Amsterdam.

We really enjoyed our stay.the po atio was great and the staff was veryfriendly and helpful the breakfast was good with many options. The only problem we encountered during our stay was the laundry. After two dry cycles our clothes were still not dry. The kind woman at the front desk tried to help by adding additional time to the dryer but that did not work either. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very pretty but full of hidden costs. To park your car you will have to for 42 Euros on top of the price and there's no parking on the street. But for that type of money $360 you can be downtown in a very pretty hotel and not in the boondocks.

Amazing staff at the hotel, all so friendly and helpful and good location tooo! And there was happy hour on Thursday, for free wine and beer!!

Friendly staff ,easy to get to centre , clean , big rooms with good facilities

The hotel is located inside a shopping mall with a lot of restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Although it is bit away from city centre but is convenient to go anywhere by public transport or 10-15 minutes ride by Uber to city center. The room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful especially Ms Pansy Chan, the server of the breakfast restaurant, who had provided a lot of travel information about Amsterdam to us. She definitely enlightened up our stay in the city. Will stay again for our next trip to Amsterdam.

Nice hotel. Shopping center in the same building. 15 minutes to the center of Amsterdam by car. You can rent a bike in the hotel for the whole day for 18 euros. Reasonable price.

Location connected to mall which was extrememy convenient.Staff was wonderful and responsive. Daily breakfast was a really nice option.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we need at our room, full kitchen with all the emenities, spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed, free coffee and tea at the lobby. Rooms were very clean and they provide cleaning service each day. The hotel was in a very nice and quite neighborhood, easy to access by metro or tram to the city center, and just one station from the airport. The mall next to the hotel was a nice addition and made it easy to pick up some groceries if we wished to cook a dinner to our self. Reception was very helpful and we got all the recommendations and tips to travel around. We would definitely recommend staying here. And we wish to say thank you so much for our stay which made our vacation in Amsterdam to be above our expectations.
