We only stopped for one night but checkin was easy. Getting a meal was very convenient considering the lateness of arrival and all the staff were helpful.

Plezierige ontvangst. De kamer was keurig, maar wel veel te warm voor ons doen. Het ontbijt was lekker met veel keuze.

In de kamer miste ik nachtkastjes. Er waren hele kleine plankjes, waar ik, naast de vaste telefoon maar weinig op kwijt kon. Ook kon klemde de deur van de badkamer, die daardoor niet dicht kon.

Second time staying here. Solid spacious room, quiet neighborhood, easy access to Nijmegen. The only thing is that it can be cumbersome to park if you arrive late at night. Otherwise, this is a great hotel.

The front desk staff were really helpful with my late arrival and check-in time. They were also very helpful with securing a taxi for me to my conference venue.
However, at 08:26am on a Tuesday morning 13th June during breakfast buffet, one staff walked across the room querying me as to what my room number was while I was having breakfast. I was extremely offended by this as no one else was asked this question on all 4 days I attended breakfast buffet. This has not been a thing in other hotels I’ve visited and it also did not help that I was the only black person in the room when this happened.
I think that particular staff needs to be trained on how to properly approach paying customers without offending them in the process. Also I expected the facility to at least have an iron and ironing board to straighten clothes.
These incidents aside, my stay was lovely and wonderful.

We stayed at this hotel as it was in country side with plenty of walking and cycling opportunities as well as near Nijmegen where there is plenty to do. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was spacious with a balcony, albeit a bit sparse in furnishings. Limited storage for clothing. Having said this the hotel is fully accessible for disabled guests as the floor is level across the hotel and lift is large enough. Would have liked some complementary coffee and tea making facilities. Beds very comfortable

Acceptable place for a short stay close to trip's destination. Wifi coverage isn't great - depending on room and even choice of seating within the dining area you might not catch it. No kettle/coffeemaker in room. You have to unplug a device to use an outlet, and half the outlets turn off together with ceiling lights. Very slight somewhat unpleasant smell of unidentifiable source and nature in the room.
