While my stay at the hotel had its highlights, a couple of issues stood out that need addressing.
First, the desk setup is impractical for international travelers. The plug space doesn’t accommodate a plug plus an adapter, which is a common need for anyone coming from abroad. It’s a small yet frustrating oversight.
Second, the lift controls are unnecessarily complicated. Instead of the overly modern or unconventional design, simply installing standard, intuitive controls would make life much easier for guests.
Overall, these details detract from what could otherwise be a much smoother and more comfortable experience. I hope the management considers these simple fixes for the future.

My husband was here on business and me and my three year old daughter were accompanying. It was overall a pleasant stay. The restaurant was convenient and decent. There was a grocery store nearby. The metro is right there and it’s a walkable area.
The hotel is very minimalistic. The bath towels were rough. The toiletries were lacking. It was overall pretty clean but there were areas of dust on the shelves that our drinking glasses were placed on top of. At check in, the communication could’ve been better with the location of our room and how to access the elevator with the key card. At check out, we had our luggage stored and when we went to pick up our luggage, they had trouble finding our bags, my husband had to help and go identify our bags in a disorganized room.

Stayed 2 nights at Innside to be near VU. The hotel itself was close to the Zuid metro station, which was convenient. Check-in was painless and quick. We had a room at the 18th floor, which had a nice view of the eastern sky and the train station. The room and amenities were clean and everything worked perfectly; the free mini-bar and coffee were lovely touches. Wifi worked throughout and it was easy to connect to the TV via Chromecast. We will certainly be coming back!

This hotel is really nice. It is walkable distance from the metro and the tran and has a couple of places to eat. Close to the RAI. I love how this hotel is sustainable, and the rooftop is very nice. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful and cool modern decor. Friendly and very helpful front desk staff. Spacious and clean, nicely decorated fairly good spacious room w impressive shower. We got a room nice view m, super comfortable King sized bed, to our surprise. We didn’t eat at the hotel, and the rooftop bar looked nice but wasn’t open when we arrived, except for beer and wine would have been nice to have a cocktail but the hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bakeries and cafe to choose from. We loved our stay very much and hope to come back and stay again soon!
