Beautiful, clean property with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and a lovely bath with deep tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Rotterdam. The bar tender was super attentive and the breakfast buffet was top-notch! Excellent hotel - will definitely stay again when we visit family in the area.

We only stayed here one night but the bed and bathroom was good. The onsite restaurant was very beautiful with a lovely outdoor space. My only negative was that we had a room right next to the elevator so we heard that going up and down well into the evening.

As always Van Der valk have amazing beds , beautiful breakfast , would’ve been nice to have some water in the room as a welcome touch But at Dinner I ate my carpaccio starter which was amazing , my main arrived which was lovely u til I chipped my tooth on what can only be described as porcelain which was in my Mash potatoes , although this was removed from my bill I'm now looking at a dentists bill to fix the chip in my tooth which tainted my stay

Like the other Van der Valk I stayed in Roermond, the place in Ridderkerk is excellent in all possible ways. My room was perfectly equipped with Espresso machine and a free mini bar. Nice jacuzzi bathtub and still a nice shower cabin. Bathroom with body wash and shampoos of a nice brand. Wireless charger for mobile phone built into bed table. Bar and restaurant perfect and reasonably priced. Check in and check out super friendly and fast. Parking is free. Really to me a perfect place to stay for business for one or two nights. Super clean and modern. Nothing to do around the hotel. You cannot walk anywhere. Taxi or car needed to move around.

The staff were great, friendly and very helpful. The food and restaurant was excellent. The room furniture was a bit tattered and looked quite old. Pillows were uncomfortable. They has a good green option with not having the room serviced each day to help the environment. There was nothing within walking distance to eat or do.
