Our apartment had all the amenities we needed, was walkable from bus and tram lines, a little further out from the city hub-bub which we appreciated. Our stay happened as the hotel was transitioning to new owners. LOVED our stay!!! Thank you NUMA, all the best on the new ownership endeavor!

Loved having a kitchen even just for a short stay. The area is clean, quiet, fun to walk around in and close to the water which was nice. Short drive (15-20) to the center of the city.

Fantastic stay would stay again. The only improvement would be cleanliness as the microwave was dirty and no sheets were provided for the sofa bed. However they do have an essential cupboard which you can help yourself to stuff that is needed.

The property is located in the outskirts of downtown on the east side. The rooms and suites are very spacious but you have to walk about 8 minutes to get to the bus to downtown which takes about 30 minutes. We also used Uber and Bolt.

Amazing hotel! Trip to Amsterdam for valentine's, stayed four nights here. The apartments are so nice and come fully equipped! The beds are comfy and can easily access apps on the TV.
They allowed me to have flowers delivered as well and put fake petals on our bed for valentine's! Amazing!
Front of house staff really friendly as well, also loved that we could borrow games. Really recommend here if you're staying in Amsterdam, easy to get into center as well.

Will be 5 starts if they won’t charge you for towels or add maybe one room service at least, after 7 nights of stay. Good and comfortable rooms, maybe rooms needed more storage for clothing. But overall very satisfied. Great apt since is more like an VRBO Style then an Hotel. Took Uber to Center or Red light District is 10 min $10-$15 euro charge, not bad at all. Cheaper in bus or train, but you got to walk around 8-10 blocks, which in rain and cold weather can be challenging more if you have kids like us. Overall will recommend this hotel for couples or families. Great parking under the building. Will be back there for sure! 👍

The staff were approachable, helpful and friendly. They made an extra effort to chat to our young son to welcome him. It was clean and safe. The room we were in had views across the harbour which was great. Supermarkets, shops, tram and bus stops and a lovely local park are all within a 15 minute walk. It means the accommodation and area is lovely and quiet. Would recommend to families.

The 2 bdrm apt we rented was spacious and clean. Not being European we had some fun figuring out appliances, but we did it! Grocery store was 10 minutes walk. Bus stop was 5 to 7 minutes away. Tram station was about 10 minutes as well.

The apartments are huge. I was not expecting so much space in a hotel room. The appliances worked well and were useful. It is a quiet location with bunch of great food options about a 15 minute walk away. The lobby is welcoming. The biggest downside is that the area is very new so transportation is trickier than in established areas of Amsterdam. We ended up using Uber and we found that rides would not come pick us up unless we walked a bit to an area they were more familiar with. The Ubers were inexpensive though, so I do recommend using them if you aren't biking. The transportation situation wasn't bad, it was just an unexpected learning experience.

Absolutely FABULOUS!! Whenever I come to Amsterdam in the future this is where I’ll stay! Absolutely lovely apartment for our family of 5 with a beautiful view of the city! Plenty of room and space, a kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, clean, a very helpful staff. I give this place a 10-10! The tram stop to get into the city center is under 10 minute walk, and also good cafes and shops are within walking distance as well. It’s way more quiet out here too, so if you want a place that is t all touristy and has a more local vibe- stay here!!
