I felt the whole area kind of unclean and dirty, random people could walk up to your door as there's no security and it's a totally open area, other guests were noisy for the whole night making me think it's a hotel used by low class people. Oh and to top everything off, there were bugs in the bed.

Nice place food options good down stairs

Classic Pinoy. Dated. Not north American but decent for Philippines. Terrific staff and service. Friendly. Laundry (by batch. Watch those bleeding colors). My second 30 day stay . Smaller rooms. But my wife and I like it. Slightly rustic typical 1960 fitments and decor. I request a small refrigerator in the room and it's there if requested. Nice for the price. Recommended for anyone that doesn't mind dated decor but decent rooms . Will be staying again in September.

Property is dated. No ref, small room, but comfortable. Laundry on site. Restaurant near by. Think 1960 but clean and staff is really special. Am planning on staying there again in June

Realy not to recommend. Room and CR very dirty, faucet not cleaned because very less water. AC very very noisy and many moscitos in the room. ₱ 500 deposit for minibar but no minibar in the room only a few chips and instant soup, no refrigerator.

We booked this hotel last-minute due to a sudden change in our flight schedule (14h delayed). We wanted to stay close to the airport - in case there are further changes in our flight. Davao Airport View Hotel is less than 5 minutes away from the airport so it was very convenient. It offers basic amenities (normal for the price) but we got extra help from their friendly staff. I had a fancy blue cheese (plus ube halaya) that required cold temperature for storage and some gel packs for freezing, so I asked them for assistance. We initially did not have a fridge in our room, but the staff (Jeff?) managed to move a mini-fridge inside our room. There are also hot/cold water dispensers in strategic locations (hallway and lobby) so we have unli-water access. Great for an overnight stay when your flight is delayed :)

Great. Walking distance to the airport. Great for quick overnight stay. Sure it’s dated but it’s nice and comfortable. Food was tasty and reasonable. I had a suite so price was ok to me.

This feedback is NOT meant to disparage them. 1. Hotel: It is NOT a "hotel" per se. It is 2 storey building. Ground level are commercial units. The annex building I stayed, the ground level are occupied by a forwarding company. At the back are factories...sometimes can be noisy. 2) Service - a) Wifi at the annex is NOT available through out my 5 nights stay, despite my feedback, still no wifi. b) Hot water heater - 1 night, no water came out - no pressure. c) Not enough toilet paper and not enough shampoo - only 2 packets. Coffee - only 2 sticks d) No water bottles, common water dispenser outside, at the corridor stairs. e) Phone not working unable to call reception for help or service. f) Window unit aircon - noisy Hope these experience can help other to make an informed choice and also helped hotel to make corrections. Canceled my supposedly stay because hotel is not good most especially the room

Toiley paper roll fell apart. No mini frig like listing advertised. Shower knob fell off several times. A truck in parking lot at 4am offloading Styrofoam chest then taping them up. The road noise and honking was terrible. Wall A/C vibrated wall everytime it kicked on and very loud. Staff was very friendly and efficient with their duties.

Too far from most everything

まず、ダメなところ、冷蔵庫がない、エアコンが壁埋め込みタイプでうるさい、アメニティが石鹸とシャンプーリンス以外有料、部屋が古く、ベット以外は汚れています。 スタッフは親切で早めに着いた私たちを1時間くらい早くチェックインさせてくれました。目の前がハイウエイです。空港にはハイウエイを使うのでわずか5分程度です。早い時間のフライトで前泊するのには最適です。
