My stay was awesome the staff are very accommodating and polite they always smile. They accommodate my request to transfer another room which I like windows so that was granted and the facilities and food was good. Definitely I will stay here again and I will highly recommend it to my friends.

• Manila Lotus Hotel is now an accredited MULTIPLE USE HOTEL inspected by the Department of Tourism and Bureau of Quarantine and we are now suitable to accommodate quarantine and/or leisure stays. • Facilities such as fitness gym is now open for guests however, jacuzzi is not yet available until further advise. • Function rooms for events and gatherings are now open as well. • Cilantro Restaurant is now operational for dine in and walk in customers from 6:00AM-7:30PM (last call). However, buffet breakfast is not yet available. Hence, set breakfast will be served for the guests.

My favorite hotel. I always book my stay in this hotel. Its accessibility to many destinations in Manila and to its nearby cities.

Manila Lotus Hotel is commendable! The staffs are pleasant and very helpful. Buffet breakfast is an added point ofcourse! Menu changes each day. Yummy and clean food. Near to St Lukes Extension Clinic and Robinsons Manila. Would definitely recommend this to my friends!

The toilet room not comfortable as layout of the toilet bowl is very close to the wall and door opening. The noise outside (car horns, car muffler) is annoying, me and my wife enjoyed and liked the foods and drinks served in the breakfast. Breakfast was served as schedule. Restaurant crew very accommodating. The hotel staff were all very accommodating and courteous.

I don’t like the room because it's noisy I can hear the cars and the jeep outside and no extra outlet for me to charge my phone in my room. Only I like is the buffet breakfast a lots of choices and nice staff very accommodating.
