Though it may not be in the best location for tourists, the hotel itself is perfect (especially for business travellers). The rooms were clean and quiet at night. I'd recommend asking for a view of the main street, as the sunsets are just magnificent. The staff were very accommodating. I'd like to praise Carolina and Victoria for their professional assistance. When I come on business again, I'll choose this place. Thank you!

Me and my 18 year old son stayed here for 5 nights.. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I liked the location and the room was very quiet. There is a supermarket next door, but it is not that great... Unfortunately... My only complaints are that the hotel is a bit dated and old. As people have mentioned, the hotel lobby furniture looks old. The breakfast is not that great. I am comparing it to the Holiday Inn Express in Porto and it was very different. The hallways and the hotel in general could use a remodeling. But again, the staff and the location and especially the fact that it was quiet and had air-conditioning was very good. Thank you guys for everything.. Oh! And please get a new ice maker and refrigerator in room.

Near airport. Rooms are comfortable. No room service or restaurants. But they include breakfast. The front desk staff was very helpful as we checked in late. They told me no room service before hand, but allowed me to uber food and kept it for me at lobby. Really appreciated it so we had dinner after a long flight.

The provided pillows are all really tall pillows, so if you can't sleep well with tall pillows good luck 🤞. Apart from that was a fine hotel nothing spectacular just solid.

Breakfast was below par vs other Hol. Inn Expresses where I have stayed. Rooms were clean and simple. Price was great. Location good for quick access to Sintra.
