Three-week stay over the Christmas holidays. Wonderful staff who were very friendly! I greatly appreciated the fitness center and swimming pool, which have been redone August, 2024. Staff told me the rooms are next in line for renewal, which would definitely move my ratings to all 5s. The room was not bad, mind you, just seemed to be showing its age a bit.
Area around the property is going thru some major roadworks, which is why I scored it only a 4.

Stayed for an overnight and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and the bed was very comfy. The staff at reception, pool and catering staff were all lovely and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. Feel so refreshed.

Enjoyed our stay, didnt use swimming pool, but it looked nice, staff gave us all the information required if we wanted to.
Bar and restaurant times not as stated online, so if you looking for a late drink or meal contact the hotel directly.
Staff were very pleasant. Comfy bed.

Lovely weekend stay for 3, made use of the pool and lesiure facilities which were included and staff made a courtesy call once we'd settled in the room to make sure we were happy. Spacious room, great service and would stay again if I were to visit Glasgow again, walkable distance into the city centre!

This is a nice hotel with big rooms, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. They have a nice bar area also. The location seems central but is not very aesthetically pleasing, though is a 10-15 minute walk from Central Station.

I stayed in 503. Someone is needing to look at the contents of the room wardrobe, as there is a smell,so much I couldn't hang my clothes.

Great hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Everywhere seemed clean well looked after. Leisure facilities, gym pool, sauna etc are available. Good range of breakfast items on offer. Staff are professional, friendly and very helpful

Close to Hydro which is reason for staying here for the first time. Hotel is excellent, lovely room, staff friendly and breakfast fantastic. Never used gym or pool facilities but fully intend using this same hotel in future and will try it out then
