We got room with high humidity, the floor was wet when the air conditioner is turn on.

The location was super ideal. The only thing that did not work out for me was the toilet and the shower were in one place, with no separators. I am not used to wet bathrooms.

Everything is very good but I think the bathroom is too small and a bit smelly. Apart from this, the room is very comfortable.

We stayed in room with no window, at first it little bit smelly when we arrive, but after we let the door open for 5-15 minutes, everything was great, clean and just 5 minutes walk to MRT Bugis /Bugis Junction, and 7-11 is just beside the hotel. Hotel staff also friendly, special thanks to Ms. Jovine who's assist us for direction very clearly even when we still in Surabaya preparing our itinerary.

Stayed for 2 night for 2 person but we got only 2 sachet coffee 😂 and 1 bottle mineral water. I think not enough for 3 days 2 night and 2 person.

Had a great stay here. The room was clean & most importantly the staff were very nice and accommodating to our requests. The hotel is also very strategic & near to many tourism places like Haji Lane, Bugis Street and many more-everything is within walking distance. Definitely recommended.
