Nice staff at the lobby reception. All the staffs are really helpful. This hotel does not provide water bottles but they provide a water dispenser on the ground floor, we can refill our own water bottle as much as we like. The room is not big but enough for three persons. The area is nice too, close to the bus stop, but for the MRT station we need to walk a little further. The area is peaceful since it is close to a residential area. There are varieties of food stalls nearby too.

The hotel staff here are friendly. The AC in the room is very cold, the shower is also very strong. The cleanliness of the room is maintained, but the used glasses are not washed. The tea and sugar are also not refilled. The hotel environment here is not suitable for families because there are many prostitution places around the area. It is quite far to get to the MRT station if you walk

Check in/check out was easy and the staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable including the bathroom with drinkable water. Not too spacious but I've had enough rest after exploring the city of Singapore. The nearest bus station is within walking distance from the hotel and the nearest MRT station is Aljunied, slightly further. I have no problem with the area around the hotel but if you come with family especially children, I think you might want to consider another accomodation. Overall, I had a nice experience during my stay and I can tell that Ibis Budget Crystal Hotel is worth of your consideration. Thank you.

The hotel is close to the bus stop, there is a bus route that can go directly to Bugis, to the airport is also possible even though there is a transit 1 stop. For the nearest MRT must walk 15 minutes. For the hotel room is clean and the room is quite spacious and at that time can check in faster. The surrounding environment is also safe even though it is near the red district area.

Location is in an alley (not a main road), it takes 2-3 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop (aft. Lor 14 Geylang) and about 8-10 minutes to the nearest MRT station (St. Mtbatten). Close to the mosque and halal food court. Friendly staff, water in the sink can be drunk directly. Comfortable room. Hot water is okay.

We went with 2 friends. The hotel is according to the price. Just for sleeping because we are not in the room during the day. The staffs are very good. You can leave your bags. It is near the bus stop. You can take the bus to go to the city and go to tourist attractions. It is very convenient. But the alley may be a bit strange. If you are not serious, you can stay here. The price is easy on the pocket. The hotel provides a hair dryer, soap, toothbrush + toothpaste. For drinking water, you can turn on the tap in the room. If you do not feel comfortable, I recommend boiling water or buying a large bottle of drinking water from 7-Eleven.

The hotel is conveniently located about 500 meters from Aljunied MRT station. The room and bathroom are clean enough. However, I suggest providing a mineral water dispenser on each floor, at least one unit per floor, as the hotel does not provide bottled water in the rooms. Although the front desk assured us that the water from the tap is safe and healthy to drink, it still seems a bit unusual, and it is not advisable to take water from the sink tap near the toilet! The hotel may not be suitable for families due to the presence of several prostitution establishments in the surrounding area. However, it should be fine for individual travelers and groups. Despite this, the hotel remains a choice for our next visit to Singapore due to its affordable pricing.
