ibis Singapore on Bencoolen

Everything was just fine, money worthy. The staff from the western country, however, didn't seem willing to help with the requested 1-hour late check out. She literally sighed and pouted.

Staff friendly, location near MRT, all good

Been staying here previously. Rooms have been recently renovated. Pls work on silencing the door as whenever the door slams, it’s loud enough to be audible rooms away. Since the floor is not carpeted but only with thin insulating material, it tends to creak when ever stepping on. Not a big deal but it does give impression. Also, pls do insulate the chair’s legs. Some inconsiderate ppl would just drag instead of lifting it, and it’s audible. Other than that it’s a typical no fuss business hotel. Price can be cheaper but judging from the demand, it’s difficult.

Our stay at Ibis Bencoolen was excellent! The staff was very accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The check-in process was also very smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for tourists looking for a nice hotel in the Bencoolen and Bugis area. One of the highlights was the convenience—there's a 7-Eleven on-site, making it easy to grab snacks or any essentials. The hotel is also well-connected, with Rochor MRT station nearby and two bus stops right in front of the hotel. Additionally, the tap water is drinkable, and the hot water runs smoothly, making it perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, a great place to stay for both comfort and convenience!

We come walk-in at night with many luggages and Mr. Aruna the receptionist front desk was very helpful! We stayed for 3 days. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable and strategic place, close to Bugis Street, but for Muslims, I suggest taking the room only package because the food is not halal.

The room is bright, the floor is clean, there is no dust and the toilet is also clean, not too narrow either, next time I'll come here again

My go to hotel for business trips, always great to stay here

The location is good, not far from Changi and Orchard. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, modern, international guests and affordable prices. Have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Check out at 13.00.

Small hotel but fully equipped, close to transportation points such as bus station and mrt. Will book again for next trip. Suitable for business trip.

Perfect for tourist starter at Singapore.

Not so comfort due to renovation were still in work even after midnight but we're informed Reno is from 9am to 5pm. Room were infused with chemical smell maybe because it was renovated. They compensate us with no charges on mini bar and a plate of fruits. I pity my 2yo baby had to go through this. I believed it 's still a good hotel.

Close to MRT, behind the hotel there is a night market and close to Bugis Street. So it's really good for shopping. Across the hotel there is a Burger King and next to the hotel there is a 7 Eleven.

Every time I go to Singapore, I definitely stay here because it is really strategic. The hotel is also comfortable and clean.

The best is that I will come back to this hotel again because I like the Bencoolen area, it is close to Bugis, it is easy to find food, there are 3 MRT stations that can be reached by foot, but my favorite is MRT Rochor, which is closer, in front of the hotel there is also a bus stop that one of the buses goes directly to VivoCity. The King room can sleep three of my 9-year-old children, smooth hot water, comfortable mattress, but what I am very grateful for is that this hotel has self-laundry facilities, there are 8 machines, 4 washers, 4 drawers, total coin 12 SGD, it may be expensive but very help those of us who bring a lot of dirty clothes, especially mothers hehehe. Fix will come here again if I go to Spore.

I booked a family room. The rooms are quite spacious and clean.

Free water dispenser on every floor although tap water is drinkable. Got seven eleven beside the lobby.

Location is quite strategic. Good view from hotel room. Cleanliness okay. The hotel staff helpful like and guest service oriented.
