The hotel is located about 8 minutes walk from Lavender MRT station, the room is a bit small but clean. Breakfast is okay.

The room was not prepared at check-in, which was detrimental to the guest who checked in. When entering, the room key was broken. An important thing but the officer was not careful to prepare.

The room key is broken, ask for a solution, there is none, I don't know if an officer came at 10pm to suddenly repair the door, so it's not clear, it's dangerous for the comfort of the guests

Overall the hotel and its facilities are good, the check in/out process is relatively fast and not difficult, only the staff is not very good and not friendly, especially during breakfast my food was still on the plate but there was a staff standing right in front of me waiting for me to finish my food, indirectly he forced me to finish my food right away. I think that's too ridiculous and very impolite.

Strategic location, can walk to Mustafa Center & Bugis Street. Near Queenstreet terminal if you want to go to Johor. The price includes breakfast, warted with a suitable breakfast menu, the taste is ok on the tongue, there is a sign No Pork No Lard, God willing it is safe.

MRT lavender is just 10 minutes away. The room is clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy, the wifi and the room all clean. But the staff need more friendly.

Staying for a day is very pleasant. Near Lavender MRT as long as you know the shortcut (exit Lavender MRT tap machine, go left). The food, although the menu is standard, tastes good, delicious, satisfying. God willing, I will return to this hotel. Cheap and fun.

The room is so small. No window. It feels like a prisoner. The room makes me traumatic. Very inhumane. I really hate it. Cannot sleep. The TV is not working. The fridge is not cold. The room smells of cigarettes. The breakfast is not good.

Yang saya sukai dari sebuah hotel yaitu pelayanannya, karena kalau dari awal kita sudah mendapatkan pelayanan yang ramah tamah pasti akan senang untuk memginap di hotel tersebut, termasuk Hotel J8 ini, mereka memberikan pelayanan seperti kita berasa di rumah sendiri, seperti moto mereka feel like home, saya sangat suka sekali dengan pelayanan staff receptionist nya sangat ramah dan baik, cuma ada satu kekurangannya yaitu staff resto/pelayannya sangat buruk sekali attitude nya, tak ada senyum sama sekali di wajah mereka, seperti orang ngajak ribut, apalagi si aunty staff resto nya itu, sangat judes sekali, nauzubillah, overall semuanya oke, makanannya enak

Service ok. What you need to know if staying here is that the distance to the MRT is far for those who don't like walking, if you want to leave your suitcase, do it yourself, go straight to the storage room. For the coincidence we slept in a room without windows so nothing was heard. For a mattress that happens to be the size for a double, according to them, it can't be for 2 adults and a 9 year old child. And the rules for doubles can only be for 2 people so yesterday we were lucky not to be charged because it was only 1 night.
