Very friendly staff

Location was great to enjoy the beach, ocean view was awesome from the room, and the inside was very modern and clean. I had to stay 2 different rooms for my staying, they moved my room next morning without waiting and also helped me to call a local taxi because I didn’t have a phone number. I and my family enjoyed staying at Marevo Beach Hotel and would love to come back for next trip again. One thing about the room 2223 with 2 queen beds, I think mattress pads or toppers were missing, I felt the inner springs right under my hands when I touched. The beds at the other room I stayed other nights were very comfortable though.

A fantastic location on the beach. Lots to see and do in the area. Plenty of restaurants a short taxi away or walk. But where the hotel was lacking was the room. Immediately upon entry a strong smell was emitting from the room. We realized that it was from mildew, in the bathroom. The smell was overpowering the whole stay and only solved with the door open on the patio. The room was decorated with fantastic style. And besides the smell the room was perfect. The manager of the hotel was friendly and kind. They had a rule about no food in the room, so be aware. Overall, the hotel was fantastic and a great base for your Jeju travels.

Check in is at 4pm, they will not let you check in any earlier. The process was fast, the room was spacious and clean. The views of the sea were beautiful. The lobby had a strange smell everyday though. You can go on a scenic walk along the boardwalk.

Friendly and polite owner who we met during our breakfast times. His English-speaking ability was a huge plus. Excellent location, convenient to nearby restaurants and the beach. Our room was very clean (no dust anywhere!), hotel was quiet, and there was always hot water. Would be great to provide a water wiper tool to scrape away the water in the bathroom after showers and larger towels.

This was a great hotel! The beds were super comfortable, and all the amenities were very nice. The location is around lots of shops and food choices. Five minutes from the airport.

I was in Seoul visiting some friends, and they brought me out for a weekend trip out to Jeju. They had stayed at Marevo Beach before, but it was my first time. The customer service was offered in English, so I was very happy. We stayed in the dormitories, and the beds were a good size. If I ever came back to Jeju, I would stay there again for sure.

Let me state for the record the hotel actually looks very nice, for the cost we paid. Moving onwards, we are staying with a family with kids. The rooms have air conditioners installed, but they refused to allow us to open them because they said that Koreans feel that it’s too cold and the air conditioner is not necessary. Excuse me, 29C is not cold. As we are staying here for more than a week, we kept complaining to different people and after pestering them for 3 nights, finally someone decided to give us the air con controller so we could finally switch on the air con. On top of this, there were other unusual things that we never usually encountered in other hotels. They don’t replace the soap, and they only give one towel each time they make up the room. We had to walk to the reception to request our additional towels for the first 5 days. After the 5th day, someone had the sense to give us more towels during housekeeping. If you’re here as a couple, I guess you will find the place Instagram worthy. But as a family, this place has definitely got a lot of room for improvement.

The only thing I like about this hotel is that it's just next to the beautiful Gwakji beach.

We enjoyed our time at Club Marevo Beach Hotel. However the hotel itself is in need of a little TLC. At first glance all we could see was the AMAZING view...the view of Gwakji Beach is incredible...the sunsets we were able to see from our room and the hotel were breath taking. However...when we opened the curtains they were rusty which we looked past knowing things like that happen on the beach pretty easily. On our last day while we were packing up we realized not only were they rusty but they were moldy at the bottom. The rest of the hotel was fine but definitely in need of some TLC...it wasn't anything special aside from the view. The staff was very friendly and spoke pretty good English which is always a plus. The were advertising an event for one of the nights we were there but when we went to go check it out it didn't seem like the event was happening. On the plus side the beds were much more comfortable than most Korean hotel beds we've slept in which was a huge plus. The location is ok, it's a super cute area but very limited on restaurants and things to do, the restaurants that we did eat at however are all very good and friendly and all spoke decent English. The beach there is very small but beautiful we ended up going to one about 30 min away instead. So overall it was a really good experience but the hotel itself could use a little love.

저녁에는 숙소 주변이 조용한 편이에요. 아이와 둘이 여행이었는데 불편함없이 지냈어요 차없이 버스만 타고 다니는 여행이었는데 버스정류장에사 그리 멀지않고 해수욕장 바로 앞이라 바다도 보고 좋은것 같아요. 주변에 애월카페거리 가깝게 있어요.

위치 좋고 뭐 하나 나무랄데가 없는 숙소였습니다. 다만 여성용 화장대가 없어서 좀 불편했습니다.
