Shinchon Ever8 Serviced Residence

We stayed here for 1 week with a 4-month old,the apartment was clean, well-equipped and very convenient for a family with a baby. Absolutely recommended

Good place to stay

This hotel was reasonable for family stay because location is good for reach to public transportation and various restaurants but the space was not sufficient for family. I booked this 3.5 star hotel based on Hotel.com information but this hotel is one star hotel.please see the attached photo

Easy to checkin and lots of places to eat nearby. Close to subway too.

Nice clean, quiet. Korean style shower with sink inside to save space. Toiletries were nice. Love the washer dryer.

Front desk was nice, hotel was a bit dirty when we came in. Opened a towel and was met with a hairball, gross. Otherwise room had what we needed.

Everything was great. Front desk very helpful. The room is a bit small even though I booked a family room for one person.

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and the staff took care of everything we asked!! It is also right in the heart of Sinchon so close to lots of shopping and restaurants. It is also close to several subway stations and busses. We will definitely stay here again.

Front desk staffs were attentive and friendly. Location is good near to sunway line 2. Have stayed here several times over the 10 years and the rooms are clean and well organized. But this time, the furniture in the room old and the mold and the shower door didn't close well. I am consider to look for another place for next visit.

　

Amazing experience at ever8, amazing people running the place, nice and kind. I spent my 14 day quarantine leriod there. They provided everhthing for 14 days, and they keep calling me to make sure i am ok and safe and if in need of anything. Such an amazing people.

Well equipped self-catering apartment, very clean, lots of storage, lots of food outlets and convenience stores close by. Be aware that used toilet paper goes in bin next to WC not flushed. Also, Asian hotels and apartments like to keep heating on high (28 degrees C). Luckily this apartment gives comprehensive instructions on use of heating/water heating system. Underfloor heating can be turned off totally and room has opening windows so able to get temp down to 21 degrees C. We had no trouble with noise from adjoining apartments. Didn't have to wait long for lifts. Would stay again.

If you want to feel like a local, this is an apartment building as well as a hotel. Convenient to have CU store in the lobby.

This is my 6th time staying at this apartment/hotel. As always, the staff is extremely helpful for whatever you need. Tried the breakfast (western style). The tray was made individually and was very good. Great value for the money. Not available on Sunday.

No hooks in bathroom for hanging clothes. Not so clean overall in the room.

Very accomodating, my first room's bathroom smelled like cigarettes and the toilet wouldnt flush properly. They changed my room without any problems. The staff were always helpful whenever i needed anything. The floor to my 2nd room could have been cleaned better as there were sticky spots and small particles that i could feel on the bottom of my feet as i walked around.
