Our stay at The Prima Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff gave us a warm welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel is clean, cozy and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was really good! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and relaxing atmosphere.

Nice hotel but unfortunately it was so hot in the room that we had to sleep with the window open. Even with the thermostat turned down as low as possible, it was unbearably hot in the room without the window open

Wonderful location and easy to access all the “popular” spots. The rooms are small but with everything to do in Seoul it was a place to sleep. Little fridge in the room. No coffee maker in the room but every few steps there’s a beautiful little coffee shop! Easy walk from the K Bus stop.

The room is extremely small especially if you travel with a big luggage. It’s no room to place it. We had to use the desk to put it. The laundry’s room is on 2 nd floor. It’s very clean with nice sets of washer and dryer

I had a wonderful stay here. My room was clean and comfortable, the staff were so nice and spoke good English. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and one of the highlights of my trip with a great mix of Korean and American dishes and delicious Asian fruits. Best of all was the location- easy to walk to many key attractions in Seoul, including museums, temples, art galleries, the Hanuk village, cafes and restaurants. The bus stop back to the airport was just a couple of blocks away- an easy walk I was able to do without problems at 4:45 am. I would love to stay again.

An excellent hotel. Great value for money and with all the amenities you need (gym, laundry, fast wifi, vending machines). The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. While small like most Seoul hotels, I did not feel cramped. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend to others. Perfect location near major tourist attractions, restaurants and transport.

I stayed for 2 nights, and found this to be a lovely hotel. The single room was compact, but had enough space for 2 cases. The aircon was effective and the TV had many options, including several in English. The breakfast buffet had some nice options, and the attached cafe was very convenient. The subway was a short walk away, and there were great shopping and dining options within a few minutes walk. I would definitely look to book a longer stay in the future.

I stayed here for 27 nights and absolutely loved it! Clean, newly renovated, staff was able to help me with making a phone call within Seoul, and having the laundry room was a life saver! I will definitely be staying here next time I visit! Close to the subway, bus stops and Insadong.

Perfect location to explore the city. Walking distance to the subway, bus stops including the one to the airport. Lots of restaurants and shops around. The Jogyesa temple is 5 minute walk while the palace is about 20 minute walk. The room is a good size, comfy bed, amenities / toiletries are provided. Bathroom is also good size. Loved everything about this hotel. Unfortunately was not able to do their breakfast as I was jet lag the few days I was their and woke up after the service.

I was VERY PLEASED with this hotel. 5 stars. It exceeded my expectations. Quiet room, very conveniently located to several key sights in Seoul, a great buffet breakfast, nice room, and so on. I would stay again in a future visit to Seoul!

The Prima Hotel, Jongno was recently renovated (in 2024?) and everything looked and smelled "fresh". Also very conveniently located whether for walks, bus, subway (Metro) and nany bearby "tourist" attractions.
