The location is excellent matched by the standard of the accommodation. Room was clean, un fussy and had lots of thoughtful little extras that you often don’t get I’m more swanky accommodation. A real find and will definitely stay here again 5*

Very quirky place. Clean and minimalist. Loved the little gestures such as the souvenir bag, the instant camera to take photos. The location and the price. Great €8 value to use as breakfast or any meal at Harina eatery.

Great location, good communication about how to get in, and on extra charges for things like cleaning, which has to be ordered. Took us a while to work out how to get out of the security gates and on to the street. Kitchen area is a positive but a sink would round it off nicely as kettle has to filled slowly using mugs in the sink in the shower-room, but overall very happy, good stay, good value.

Communication was great via watsapp! It was Oky place for one night airport connection! The room were very warm even with AC.

Was a pleasant stay

It was extremely noisy; sleeping at night was nearly impossible. On some days, the mayhem continued until 4 AM. We were also disappointed to find that, despite advertising a kitchenette, there was no hob in the room. That felt quite misleading. Had we known this was a shared kitchen setup, we would not have booked. The shared kitchen had no window or proper ventilation, so our room ended up filled with strong smells like onion and garlic whenever someone decided to cook a late night meal. As a result, we had to open our window for fresh air, which only let in even more noise, making it impossible to get any rest.

Best location

I booked this property because of the reviews and high ratings. When we arrived, I was surprised that the concrete bedroom floor looked unfinished. No one has mentioned it in a review, and if you come from North America, you are used to carpeted or hardwood floors and not concrete. The bedroom floor wasn't properly cleaned, and the concrete floor looks dirty. I informed management right away via WhatsApp. The next morning, Maria came and had a look. She promised to have the floor cleaned again, which they did. The location is very convenient except that taxis/Uber have to drop/pick you off at the corner since the property is on a shopping street and no vehicles can come in. The property is on the 4th floor, and the hallways are carpeted and clean. The Wi-Fi is super strong, and each room has its own Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a concrete floor again, but it looks modern and updated. The beds were comfortable. There is a laundry area where they provide everything, including laundry bags and drying racks. Their customer service (Maria) and the rest of their team are easy to talk to and respond fast.

This is the perfect location! Everyone is walkable and there is so many stores and places to eat around without feeling too crowded. Definitely will use Bob again if I’m in Spain.

Close to everything. Shopping at your doorstep, walkable to Monuments/Historical areas.
