Best overall hotel I have EVER stayed at!! Will certainly return!:)

Our stay was fantastic especially the breakfast.

Everything was ok, but wifi terrible

The toilet seat was dirty and smell urean. You need to do something about breakfast room. It just can’t hold and serve so many people same time as there is fully booked hotel. Of course people should move away when finished but they diskuterar long time before leaving…

I was very happy with my stay except for the bed. I wish the hotel could’ve had somewhat thicker top mattresses so that my body ( I’m not a lightweight person ) could’ve relaxed more. The bed was medium in firmness which I liked but I could feel the springs. Solved it by taking the other top mattress and made it double but it wasn’t optimal. Also the duvets didn’t breathe which is often the case with synthetic materials and nor did the top mattresses so it was difficult to regulate the body temperature. Luckily the room had an AC. It was noisy but I don’t mind. The room was very clean, the staff excellent and breakfast super. It’s a very beautiful hotel set in the midst of the historic town, so I highly recommend it, despite the slight discomfort of the bed and bedding. I wish they could connect the beds so that they wouldn’t slide apart but solved that with my scarves:-)

The hotel room was very dusty, television was out of order and wall plug for electricity was out of order and hence the floor lamp was out of order.... The breakfast could have been better, rather mediocre

Väldigt nöjd med vår vistelse på hotellet

Hotellet behöver en allmän uppfräschning. Vi har bott här många många gånger och har sett hur lokalerna blir alltmer slitna. Spa-avdelningen känns övergiven och inte omhändertagen alls. Synd på sådan vacker lokal. Trevlig personal i receptionen den här vistelsen. Frukosten är basic. Opersonlig och sliten lokal. Öppet till 11.00 på helger borde vara självklart.

Bra läge. Känns som att det haft stil en gång i tiden men nu är det lite slitet och arbetssätt är är inte heller i nivå med prislappen. Tyst trots gatuläge.

Very nice room and exellent breakfast.

Trevligt hotell och trevligt rum, det kändes dock mer ”standard” än vad jag hade förväntat mig för ett så fint hotell, saknade det där lilla extra. Vanlig standardfrukost och fin uteplats att äta på. Mysig pool, saknar dock gemensam bastu och ingen bastu varken i dam- eller herromklädningsrummet verkade riktigt funka utan höll svala 40 grader. Annars lugnt och skönt i poolområdet. Bra incheckning och service. Ett minus var städningen på hotellrummet som vi blev lite besvikna på, kändes lite slarvigt utfört främst i badrummet med hårstrån på tvålpumpen och lite sånt. Men överlag har vi haft en fin vistelse!

It was very nice. Amazing service, wonderful breakfast. We also enjoyed the spa which was great. If I should try to find anything that was not perfect, it was that we had a room that was at the far end of the hotel. This required us to walk a bit in the building, and take two elevators, to get to our room.

Stay was good. Room v warm and features old.

Fint bemötande och servicinriktad personal i receptionen, bra med ett rum att ställa sina cyklar. Pool och bastu som kändes ren och fräsch. Rummet var smakfullt inrett och rent. God och lagom mycket till frukost
