I received the best massage I've ever experienced, here. The pools and spa are excellent, would love to come back to return for a relaxing getaway. Transportation to any of the other restaurants, or into the city, is definitely challenging due to how high up on a mountain it's located.

On our honeymoon. The property's was amazing. The rooms were poor. Had an upgraded room with a broken shower curtain and tub. No English TV channels. Laundry is about $150 a load. Some food on the menu was unavailable and the chicken in the salad came from a can. Not a "grilled chicken breast" as they advertised. Transportation up and down the mountain was great. Most staff were very nice some not so much. Pool facilities were great. The best thing is the view. Still not 4 star hotel though.

Overall we had a good experience. Spa was crowded, too many people and reduced space. The outdoor pool had stones in the ground, not a pleasant experience in your feet. The smell of the water was to strong. No appointments available for treatments. The room had breathtaking views, nice sun chairs. Very clean and renovated bathroom, confortable bed. Unfortunately we had a problem with one of the outlets, light was off every time the TV or a phone charger was plugged, we had to unplug the TV and not charging our phones because the solution that they proposed was moving us to a lower bedroom. I was disappointed that they did not offer nothing complimentary for the inconvenience, not even covering for the cost of the room service (10 CHF). The breakfast was not home made, just pre fabricated stuff and low quality for what Switzerland can offer. The parking was full, it was hard to find a nice spot. The restaurant looks dated, but maybe they offer good food, we didn’t try it because we did not go with the vibes of the place. Below our room, we had a room with a jacuzzi, a loud naked couple made our night quite interesting. Thanks to the staff for coming 3 times to our room to put up the lights, they were very helpful.

The staff was accommodating. My husband and I could relax in the pool area. After the pool, we were pleased to have a delicious meal at their restaurant. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy a massage that would be the cherry on the top. Lovely place, we like it.

Our stay was really peaceful and overall great. The views are amazing. The spa area smells like chlorine tho, especially in hammam area. Also tiles in different spa areas are missing. The staff is nice and attentive. It’s high up on the mountain but we risked to drive. Parking is easy. Bus stops right in front of the hotel, so it’s easily accessible if you decide not to rent a car. Dinner is expensive for the portion. Enjoy your stay as we did.

My Husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, and we had the best time! From the views, the amenities, the location and staff, all were amazing! Very accommodating and the sun rise is to die for! Thanks Priya and Kieran

Stop off on return to UK from Italy

This is a beautiful, super clean and well-maintained hotel. Has everything one needs. The views from the balcony were spectacular. One could stay there without wanting to do anything else. My husband and I absolutely loved it. We stayed for 2 nights but want to go back for more.

Beautiful views and the Spa area is very nice with a warm pool, hot sauna etc Unfortunately I paid an extra €60 for a lake view and a nice queen bed being guranteed it was one mattress . After having dinner found out it was two single beds which I find very uncomfortable. Alsonat 5am was woken up with a fire alarm then agaim 15mins later all told it was a false alarm Problem was the receptionist could not fix the issues of the extra I paid and nothing could be done with the manager being on site ? Hopefully they can do the right thing as that really spoilt my one night stay

Excellent clean spa area - has wellness spa - indoor and outdoor pools for wellness with water jet high pressure nozzles for back stomach head and neck massage. There is also big I heated out door water pool with nice view. The hotel is up in the mountain with fantastic breathtaking views of Lugano lake. Lugano city is about 40 min bus drive. The bus ride is free and the station is right in front of the hotel - every hour. There is almost nothing around the hotel. The breakfast is excellent of high quality food and service. We tried the dinner once- it was average - must book table in advance or you end up eating inside if all outside tables are booked.
