Crowne Plaza TAINAN, an IHG Hotel

Very nice staff, clean, upscale

It is a wonderful hotel and the staff are very helpful. I appreciate Angela Wang‘’s assistance when I checked in. Thank you for a great stay.

游泳池非常棒，乾淨整潔，很適合小孩玩水

1.接待大廳寬敞，但座位區與飲料區域重疊，要去使用飲料卷時，部分等候辦理入住的旅客佔用此處桌椅。 2.雖準時到達，但因客房尚未整理完成，至下午4點始得入住，接待人員處理得宜，提供隔日可延時退房。 3.早餐選項多，即使是兩人桌也是寬敞，放置餐食不顯擁擠。 4.沐浴用品品牌是Borghese，味道應該是偏向葡萄柚，非常好聞。 5.river view是面向鹽水溪，前面是一整片出海口的紅樹林，景緻宜人。 6.配合環保，不主動提供一次性備品，這點很棒，但沒有濕衣物袋，略為不便。 7.床很大很好睡，雙人房的枕頭有軟硬各二。 8.地下停車場寬敞。 9.飯店有提供腳踏車，附近也有ubike，騎乘方便。 10.地點略偏，但相對的享受到寧靜。

The hotel has a beautiful pool, rooms with balconies, great breakfast buffet, and good gym. Our room was very comfortable. The area around the hotel is pretty but a little remote. It is hard to walk anywhere, but the hotel has bikes you can use to get around. Getting a cab can be a little difficult, but Uber worked fine. A quiet and comfortable place to stay with a little luxury in Tainan.

Very spacious. Two toilets in the room, that’s great!

Great place to stay

A bit of travel distance from Tainan HSR station but is closer to Anping old street tourist spot. We took Standard Room, 2 Queen Beds, nice for 2 adults & 2 childrens. Room is clean with balcony & a nice river view. Buffet breakfast was great too :)

The concierge service of Paco Chen was very helpful. We were over packed with all the purchases we have made and he help us by finding another bag for us.

The place in remote areas it is quiet and walkable to sightseeing area. But most of store are closed after 6 pm

None smoking hotel with smoking smell in the room.

Amazing place to stay!

My wife, her family, and I have stayed at Crowne Plaza Tainan many many times over the years. We looked forward to returning after so many years away (due to the pandemic). The hotel is comfortable, easy access to the wonderful bike path, love the loaner bikes, and the whole area is both beautiful and quiet. Our only disappointment was with the food which did not match its past excellence. I expect this will improve by the time we return.
