Wonderful place to stay

The hotel is nice, friendly to kids, lots of stuff to play. But limited time for breakfast. There is no toothbrush even when you asked over all it’s fine !

The stay was great. Room is comfortable, clean and new. It is close to shopping malls and attractions.

The hotel location is great that close to restaurants,7-11 and department stores. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a variety of food.

We had a very good time! Will definitely come back again!

Our group had 4 young kids and 2 seniors and unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our 2-night stay. Challenges we had (our room had a 15-month old child): 1. Water temperature inconsistent in the shower: this is a big problem for us when showering our 15-month old. We constantly worried about the water becoming too hot suddenly. 2. The whole bathroom area gets extremely wet after taking a shower and it was a trip hazard. 3. The bathroom is enclosed with glass instead of a solid wall. This imposed two big problems for us: noise and light. Our 1-year old needs to sleep in complete darkness and using the bathroom while she was sleeping was impossible, given how bright the whole hotel room would become once bathroom lights were on. We ended up showering and using the bathroom in darkness with our phone flash light on. Little toddlers / babies sleep early so this was a big inconvenience for us. Then there was the noise issue, due to the glass enclosure not being very sound proof, we had to be really careful while using the bathroom to ensure we didn’t wake our little one. 4. Inconsistent room temperature: too cold at night too hot and stuffy during the day. Great location, very walkable and convenient. And the children’s indoor play areas were very nice, coin laundry was also a good perk. However, given the challenges we had staying there with our little one, we cannot recommend this hotel to other families traveling with young toddlers and babies.

Found a string of long hair on the carpet near the bed. We had 5 people in a double King size room, but were missing a fifth set of amenities on our second night.

整體而言空間偏小，從大廳，公共遊戲空間，房間都不夠寬敞舒適，優點地點好 戶外賽車空間有點混亂，大車跟小車擠成一團，建議分流進行較能兼顧安全與品質

服務人員親切友善，早餐豐盛好吃，遊戲區和賽車區域較適合國小三年級以下小孩，再大可能會覺得無聊。浴室排水設計不良。

This property was out of this world for my family during our trip. Tainan Cozzi wow-ed us every step of the way, with their meticulous care to details, cleanliness, indoor/outdoor activities for kids, decor, breakfast buffet, ambiance, etc. The staff were ALL so attentive and considerate. What a wonderful place to stay! This hotel along had my kiddo share that she LOVES Tainan, lol. Thank you Cozzi! We look forward to staying with you in the future!!

Hotel was nice overall but not flexible once you booked the rooms to shorten the stay by a day if you book through Expedia.

Some staff are not polite. They tend to offer more help to a certain type of guests while bothering the other guests. Bad smell in the corridors. Noise from other rooms can be easily heard when I stayed in my room.

the hotel playground is great for kids, but the breakfast is poor, and can't get some goodies for kid...
