Honestly it's one of the best hotel I've stayed at so far. Very friendly and helpful staff, lots of goodies and amenities provided like free snacks, tea/coffee, laundry facilities, etc. Prime location close to all kinds of transportation. Would stay again.

Clean, comfortable, good size bedroom and facility hotel, friendly staff, and nice - good selection buffet breakfast. The hotel location is less than 10 minutes walk from the main train station.

My sister and I have a wonderful stay at Kindness Hotel. It is a walking distance at the MRT Kaohsiung Main Station. The room and other amenities are clean. The breakfast is buffet where there are lot of choices. The hotel has free dinner too. The staff are nice and attentive.

Highly recommended for family vacations. Can have breakfast and dinner. At 3 pm get ice cream that can be taken at will. Large rooms, cozy atmosphere. Anyway family hotel.
