房間乾淨整潔，隔天要去空氣島玩，所以選擇附近飯店，晚上入住前自己買宵夜進去吃，早上還有自助早餐，雖然種類不多，不過我覺得很好吃，古早味。
以價錢來說，這是cp 值高的飯店！！

2023/4/21宿泊。
蘇澳車站から少し距離があるが、蘇澳港というバス停がホテルの前にあり、南方澳から烏石港まで宜蘭県を南北に走る1766もあるのでこれを活用すれば利便性は抜群。蘇澳冷泉と南方澳漁港両方楽しみたいならおすすめ。
建物はかなり古いが、クリーニングはしっかりしている。エアコンや電話はパナソニックなどこだわりが感じられる。お風呂も古いが、キレイにされており浴槽も広めなのでゆったりできる。また９階に朝食会場があり、7:00-9:30まで提供しており宿代に入っている。９階の朝食会場からの眺めも良い。隣の建物にコインランドリーもあるので便利で、未確認だが、１階に自転車駐輪スペースもある。また遺失物が在ったのだが、ホテルの主人がトランシーバーで掃除班と連絡を取り探してくれるなど心遣いも感じられた。
潔癖症ならば、煙波や瓏山林を選んだほうが良いだろうが１泊２万円近くするので、それを考えるとここはとてもコストパフォーマンスが良い。

冬天房間內太冷，開冷氣28度室內還是只有17度，不過還好棉被夠暖，但頭還是太涼要戴毛帽才睡的著，家庭房客廳超大，衛浴希望能有備品架，頂樓早餐view不錯，服務親切

以暫住一晚非渡假享受可以妥一下，狗友可考慮，但......建議，皮膚比較敏感比較嫩的，建議自備隔髒睡袋跟酒精噴灑。
進房也記得要穿上室內拖鞋別赤腳。

霉味過重，房間太過老舊，有小白蟻出現，住宿的房間對外窗小小一個，採光不好。適合只要過夜的人住宿。
