Clean, large spacious room. Convenient location beside bicycle rental and close to visitor centre. Had a Great stay. Highly recommend.

Hotel is located at a corner of the lake, 5 mins walk to a viewing point of the whole lake. Got 2 room at the place, one mountain view, one lake view. Could only see trees for the mountain view room and for the lake view, you could see a portion of the lake. Place was clean, nice and comfortable. Toilet was well maintained as well. Had a good rest in the room. Location was also quite convenient. 5 mins walk to the bus station, 10 mins walk to the streets, 10 mins walk to the pier and 5 mins to a nice viewing point.

Building is old, there is no official parking lots in front of hotel, but you can park in front of it. You can park overnight nearby hotel in official lots (self paid). Please come tovthis hotel atfer 3.00p.m. if you come too early, there is no staffs to service you. Rooms is qiite clean and wide space, but Please beware bedbug as well. Location of the hotel is good, close to a shopping center with restaurants. Checkin was a bit challenging. I was driving an 8-passenger van and drove through a very narrow road to reach to the hotel. It turned out that I was supposed to park the car at a parking lot, then walk a very short distance to check in. The road was so narrow that I couldn’t even make a U-turn.
Hotel was quite old and basically had an owner/manager and one worker. Bath towels and toilet paper were missing from our room. Breakfast was a pre-packaged box with a sandwich, egg, tarot and one piece of orange. Coffee, soy milk, toast and miso soup was also available.

We enjoyed our stay and they allowed us to bring our bikes inside overnight. Easy walk into town, our room was sold as a lake view, but it was more of a tributary than the lake itself.

Had a twin room in really good price. The room is clean but without tube and bedside plugs, and sometimes i need to contact front desk for hot water (they told me this is temporarily). The front desk is friendly and they serve boat ticket in a super nice price. The elevator is quite noisy and it will close after 10 p.m. Breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, sausages, rice and gruel.

Hotel is located about 10 minutes away from Shuishe Visitor Centre. The hotel is really clean and spacious, and staff is friendly as well! Special rates for the boat trip around Sun Moon Lake as well as bicycle rentals are available. Breakfast is provided too. Unfortunately, the hotel is located by a small corner of the lake so there was not much of a view even from the highest level. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay indeed!
