Clean, cozy, and comfortable, check in service was very smooth, and Sylvia the front desk is very kind if we need anything else, she would gladly to help. They also speak multi languages fluently. Also its free taxi fee coming/out to Jiantan MRT station!

Excellent staffs, very friendly, very helpful, answering and helping guests with true sincerity. Family quadruple room was spacious and quite clean, great hot water, great water pressure, good size of safety box. Breakfast was good too, hot tea provided 24 hours at the lobby. The only downside was the 1.1km walk to the nearest MRT station.

Not worth the stay, morning shift reception lady shouldn't be in the service line should work in a bank, I have high expectation for this hotel as the reviews are excellent. RM wise so so, we arrived early and give us the lowest level and ask us to wait beyond the check-in time when we arrived very early morning. Breakfast was not worth it.

This room is clean, big, the breakfast good, the front office person is helpful. To shi lin market a little bit far, we must walk at least 10 minutes walk. But we are very happy to stay in this hotel.
