His hospitality, his deep respect for his team, and the way everything was crafted with intention left us speechless. Despite having 30 villas, the resort is vast and incredibly private. I recently spent two nights at The Aiyana Pemba with my family, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. The secluded, private location makes it perfect for couples, families, and anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. We stayed in the Ambassador Villa, and the private pool, along with luxurious amenities (including an outdoor shower!), made it a true haven of relaxation. The staff are warm, caring, and go above and beyond to ensure a personalized stay. The food was fantastic—curated to our preferences and infused with local Swahili flavors. The breakfast, in particular, was a highlight with a variety of fresh, delicious options. The sandbank and snorkeling excursion was a major highlight, and the beach dinner with Swahili BBQ under the stars was magical. A special part of the trip for me was seeing my son in awe of The Aiyana. He had the time of his life—snorkeling, discovering the wonders of the marine wildlife, and swimming endlessly in the pool. His joy was contagious, and watching him explore with such excitement and happiness made the trip truly unforgettable for our family. It’s memories like these that we will cherish forever. We stayed at The Aiyana for 5 days. Honestly I didn't like the resort at all. The food was very basic, rooms need to be updated. Service at the restaurant was too slow. However, other staff were friendly and listened to our requests. The hotel portrays itself as a 5* but does not meet 5* luxury standards in my opinion. The Aiyana has potential to be better.

Full of heart-felt surprises and delights. What they lack in stable internet, perfect rooms and service, and convenient location, they more than make up for in heart and soul.
