Very bad experience, I was went to this hotel with my wife and my daughter. 1. Check-in, me and a lot of guesses have wait for more than 3 hours for check-in process. The hotel is not enough staff and the process is more than 20 minutes per guess to receive the room key. 2. The room is very dirty a lot of dust and bad smell, I think it from the room was not open for many years due to covid situation, no cleanup the room before selling it. My daughter and me step on bed and I saw a lot of insect remain on pillows and bed nook after, me and my family stay for just 15 minutes for and get out to dinner. I asking maid to clean up the room. We feel very body itch abit difficult to breed so it from the dust in the room, 2 hours later, we was back from dinner and get in to the room, ohh nothing changed. No clean up. We was decide to quit and move to other hotel, I was went to reception to check out. I have to wait again more than 30 minutes so it was very terrible new year trip. All of us feel very bad like we had allergy symptoms. We decide to go back home, not to stay in other hotel. I need to complain the hotel management team, all we known, new year holiday is very high population of tourists but you are very bad management not preparing enough staff to support high season, almost your receptionist s was no eating hold day I heard it from many guess during que up for check-in. Due to your poorly management, you open the new zone that was closed more than 3 years to sell it. Not enough maid to clean up the room, many guess said this hotel room is very dirty room when I got into my room, ohh it was sure and confirmed as I heard it during walk to the room. It very dirty, a lot if dust and insect remain on the bed and bed hook. And very bad smell like it closed for long long time. Not enough staff to services. If the app have 0 satisfaction, I will give you 0 rate. And not recommend this hotel.

Room was clean but air condition system have problem with smell. Smell like laundry! Not sure if this was my room or all rooms smell like that, but I have to open window instead to get air flow. Breakfast was good, have mix western and Thai dishes. Pool in hotel wing is small and cold. But pool in common area is great and located right next to the beach. Besides smell everyone was good and my time in resort was very enjoyable.

Inn Wing do not have elevator, it is not Senior Citizen friendly. The room is very small and there free breakfast was so-so.

Inn wing on the side as shown in the picture, for around 1300, if other buildings would be much better because the building looks OK Everything else is fine. There is a large pool and very enjoyable to play.

The air conditioner can't adjust the temperature. Set to 21 degrees. Call the staff to see 2 times. Just say to calm down. The temperature will adjust. And therefore calm down in the morning .. 21 degrees as before Cold people like us can't sleep all night. And the bathroom is very narrow
