Whoever wants to take a break and read carefully, collect the cleaning fee of 500, find parking for yourself on the side of the road. If you want to stay, you have to walk and drag your luggage into the building. Who will reserve here? Read the conditions carefully.

should be informed that it is a condo Accommodation here is a daily rental condo. and will have to pay for cleaning before arrival Not sure if it's the cleaning fee after using our room or before our stay. because in the room there are gibberish and flashing lights If the parking lot is full, it must be parked in front of the condo. If you are willing to stay in a condo from the beginning, it's good. And there is no receptionist here. For us people who have come a long way understand that it is a hotel. Plus, hurry to reserve, not reading other people's reviews first. So I don't feel good. Why are you collecting rent and cleaning fees separately? Should be notified to stay together with the room price when paying at all. The cost of the room and the cleaning fee are the same. Why not write down that the total cost of this room is 900 or 1000? It's up to you to wait to pay for the room. When people arrive and don't want to pay for cleaning, they pay for the room for free. It's Condominium. No reception. Must pay cleaning fees before check-in.

Good room, clean, new, but the price does not match the app page, there is a cleaning fee to pay an additional 400 ฿ (that is, we checked in at 4 pm, very late and rushed to find a bedroom) with a hurry to read the details, not overall Over 1,000 baht / night, no problem with payment, but I think the agency should not do marketing in this way. Should adjust the price including cleaning fee to match the price on the app page Overall not very impressed no check-in counter no reception Where is the building, you have to walk around in case you find a security guard to ask for directions. I've been using this app for years and I just came across this kind of service. Please leave the app to take care of this. Not sure if it's the marketing promotion policy of the app or not? We stay in a room that can accommodate 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room. There are kitchen utensils, clean rooms, quiet, comprehensive swimming pool. But in the room, there is no hair dryer, pillows, blankets, available for 4 people, no reserves, can be corrected to 100%

I feel very bad. There is no room number in the reservation sheet. Must be contacted via phone number only. Have to pay 400 more cleaning fees before staying. I've never stayed anywhere like this. But included in the price of accommodation, not good at all
