The Lady host was super friendly and sweet. The room was clean, quiet, the water heater works well, aircon was cold. The surroundings are amazing. Walk minutes away from Asok BTS and Terminal 21 Mall. Amazing! Definitely will be back ❤️🫶🏼

I stay here quite often. The place is convenient. I only stay for a few hours. For me, it's okay. But just take a chance with your roommates. Will they sleep loudly or not? Other than that, everything else is good.

Everything is good, clean, like the accommodation very much, the only problem is that it should be the owner. We lost our ID card, so we took our passport instead. We asked if people now use passports. I understand that we lost it. We didn't have time to make it. Another thing is that we thought there would be people staying as well and we would go out to eat, so we didn't turn off the air conditioner. We understand what they said, but you called the customer's name, real name, with an annoyed tone. We paid to stay, not stay for free. Please allow us to type like this. We just feel very annoyed. We want to change accommodation, but it's dark and raining, so we have to stay. We probably won't use the service again because the first time we went, it was very good. 😐

พักมาหลายรอบแล้วค่ะแล้วก็เจอบริการที่ไม่ค่อยโอเคกับเราเท่าไหร่ครั้งนี้น่าจะไปพักครั้งสุดท้ายแล้วค่ะเพราะเจอของดีเข้าหลายรอบแล้วโดยเฉพาะเรื่องการใช้คำพูดหรือการแสดงออกให้เห็นว่าเต็มใจที่จะให้บริการ ถ้าไม่เต็มใจก็ไม่น่าจะต้องลำบากมาทำนะคะ ไม่ว่าจะราคาถูกหรือแพงก็ไม่ควรมีลูกค้าคนไหนได้รับการให้บริการแบบที่เราเจอค่ะ เราก็จ่ายเงินไปนะคะไม่ได้ไปจออยู่ฟรีแถมช่วยคุยกับลูกค้าต่างชาติให้ด้วยบางครั้งเวลาลูกค้าเขามีปัญหาเล็กๆน้อยๆไม่น่าทำกับคนที่มาพักแล้วก็ช่วยเหลืออย่างประจำขนาดนี้ ถ้าลูกค้าคนนี้ทำอะไรให้ไม่พอใจขนาดนั้นก็ต้องขอโทษด้วยนะคะต่อไปนี้จะไม่มีการไปรบกวนอีกแล้วค่ะ

The hotel is extremely clean, suitable for short trips. The hostess is extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and lovely. If I come to Thailand, I will definitely book a room here again. GOOD. Beds, location. Friendly staff. NOt so good. No common room for relaxing. No soap provided, No elevator (many stairs).

The staff doesn't speak much Thai (they shouldn't be Thai people from foreign countries) and they don't understand English. The fan is broken and cannot be repaired. The door is broken, the lock can't be opened, and it's very dangerous. It should be fixed. Most of the women who work at night come to rent a lot, causing a lot of noise and chaos. There is a female aunt who takes care of this place. She can be a bit fierce.

พัดลมเสียไม่ซ่อมใช้งานไม่ได้ ประตูลูกบิดเสียล็อคเปิดออกไม่ได้ติดอยู่ในห้อง พนักงานเหมือนจะเป็นต่างด่าวพูดไทยไม่ค่อยรู้เรื่องภาษาอังกฤษก็พูดไม่ได้ สื่อสารกันลำบาก ผ้าปูที่นอนผ้าห่มไม่เปลี่ยนทุกวัน เหมือนที่นี่จะมีผู้หญิงทำงานกลางคืนมาอยู่เยอะทำให้ค่อนข้างเสียงดังรบกวนตอนกลางคืนเวลาพวกเขากลับมาจากทำงาน
