Big Tree Old Town Hotel

The hotel is under construction without any notice on any website. I found out myself after made a call to confirm the booking via apps!! It’s totally nightmare in the front a total mess. Imagine you are having breakfast with your mom at 9 in the lovely city of Chiangmai while there is bunch of guys keep hammering the god damn floor just 1 meter away from you! The room is very dusty easily because of the construction plus the noise coming up to 4th floor. My note to the hotel owner - to be fare you must tell people that this g*d da** hotel has changed its name from Big tree boutique to the ritz old town and it has been under construction.. you should offer something to compensate your guests or else just shut it down and opens when it’s ready!!

Very clean, clean, with comfortable beds. Tooth color changing, toothpaste, liquid soap, bar soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, hair dryer, TV, full refrigerator, safe box, shoes for putting in the room as well Each room has a balcony. Breakfast variety Whole fried eggs, scrambled eggs, hot dogs, ham, fruit, and the service staff is lovely. Go before check-in, leave your luggage and go outside for the evening. The staff then put the luggage in the room and there is an elevator. The room is used as a key card. There is a car park behind the hotel, with a secure closed gate for anyone looking for or looking at this accommodation. Not disappointed
