The service is good in general, all the staff are nice and helpful. Improvement is expected in the dinning service. We ordered soft boiled egg, this morning, but all 3 came in hard.

Fantastic stay

Our stay was amazingly perfect.

호텔자체는 소수를위한 고급호텔 같은 느낌입니다 붐비지않고 사람자체가 많지않아서 좋아요 한국어 서비스나 언어적으로조금 편하진 않아요 동남아특유의발음과 빠른말투? 를 하는 직원이많구 어느정도 영어가 자유러운 직원들분과는 소통도 잘되구오 소규모이다보니 호텔자체가 규모가 크지안아서 호캉스로 쉬기에 딱좋아요. 무엇보다 룸이좋습니다 실제로보는뷰가 가장 좋아요 사진이 룸 에서 보는 뷰를 못따라가네요.

Thoughtfulness of their services and facilities. They really put a lot of thinking and effort on the needs of guests. Warm and not overly enthusiastic.

Superb high end hotel. Expensive but well worth it

Beyond expectation stay for 3 nights with Capella Bangkok. Highlights are: 1. The room, the pano river view, the amenities such as auto curtains, the welcome champagne, the bathroom details, and lastly the bed was just incredibly comfortable. My wife made me ask concierge for the brands of the mattress and bed. 2. Breakfast was incredible also, they offer complimentary in room dining but we decided to go to the restaurant for all 3 meals. There was an expansive menu to choose from, all made to order and very high quality dishes. 3. Service was top notch, all staff were very helpful and welcoming. All in all, my wife and I are definitely coming back to stay with the capella again

One of the best in this area of luxury resorts, Capella is a pretty new hotel opened in 2020. Upon arrival, guests are escorted to a check in area called "Living room" where guests can sit down and relax while the staff completes the paper work for checking in. Although I arrived at the check in time, my room was not ready. In fact, it was not ready at around 4 pm. The staff who was checking in for me apologized and treated me lunch in their Phra Nakhon cafe. The food was delicious and the river view was beautiful. The room was huge with breath-taking river front view. There is also a balcony where guests can lay down on the couch to enjoy tea and the sunset. All soft drink in the refrigerator is free. Thai dessert pieces were presented, as well as a hand written welcoming letter from the manager. Amenities include two slipers, tooth brush/tooth paste set; shaving set; wooden comb set. There are two sinks, a big center bath tub and separate shower/toilet room. A separate dressing room with mirror, table and chair. Guests can get daily free shoe shinning and free pressing service for 5 piece of clothing. Everything, including room service and lighting in the room, can be controlled by a Pad in the room. Daily turn down service is provided. However, when "do not disturb" light was on, service person did not leave a message to ask if service is still needed later. Daily breakfast is included with a wide variety of Thai and Western food. Daily happy hour is also included.

Absolutely enjoyable stay at Capella Bangkok. Our room facing the river was gorgeous, the grounds in the hotel are beautiful, the staff are so friendly and attentive, the spa was heavenly, the gym was great especially the daily classes. This was our second time staying here and we are already talking about going back again before end of the year.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if possible. From the moment you walk in they treat you like royalty. The rooms are amazing and location is perfect.

Amazing hotel! Very expensive for Thailand but worth it if you want to relax and be looked after from the second you arrive.

It is a very good hotel.

很棒的一間飯店，雖然不便宜，卻提供非常好的住宿體驗。不過用房卡要刷電梯上樓時，感應不好，常常刷半天都無法按房間樓層，有點小可惜。 然後最後一天早餐上菜，不知為何，感覺有點手忙腳亂，上錯餐點，但屬於無傷大雅的小錯。

All services was very excellent memories for me.
