คือขอห้องชั้นสูงๆ แต่ทางโรงแรมปรับปรุงทาสีชั้นสูงๆ บางอย่างยังไม่เรียบร้อยเท่าที่ควร อีกเรื่องคือไม่มีลิฟต์จ้า แต่ก็ดีที่ได้ชั้นไม่สูง

ห้องพักน้ำไม่ไหลค่ะ พนักงานบอกให้รอช่างมาซ่อมตอนเย็นๆ ก็งงว่าจะเข้าห้องน้ำยังไงในเมื่อไม่มีห้องน้ำสำรองให้ จองห้องพิเศษไว้ด้วย ไม่ควรที่จะมีปัญหาแบบนี้เลย ปรับปรุงด่วนค่ะ

The room not looking good like photos, only 1st fl good looking. VIP room on 2nd fl that hotel arranged seems not finish renovate & restroom having bad smell, luckily room on 3rd fl is available but restroom looks too old & not clean enough also have fungus on the ceiling. The good thing is hotel in convenience area.
