I recently had the misfortune of staying at this place, and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. For a rate of 38,000 THB a month, you’d expect some basic level of service and amenities, but this place fell far short of expectations. Firstly, the access to the property is a nightmare. The gate is difficult to open, and the staff seem indifferent to your struggle. Instead of offering assistance, they would rather watch you struggle with the key device. It’s a frustrating start to an already problematic stay. On a positive note, the cleaners are consistently smiling and friendly, which is a small comfort. However, that’s where the positives end. The service here is deceptive. They promised one thing before signing the contract, only to backtrack on those promises once you’re committed. It feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying here. The combination of poor service, unfulfilled promises, and lack of genuine customer care makes this place where your money is wasted. Save your funds and look elsewhere.

I signed a lease for a few months, but they didn’t follow the agreement. The staff was unhelpful. One security guard wouldn’t open the gate and watched people struggle with a bad card system. The day security seemed pointless. The rooms are noisy with loud music and talking, mostly from Russian guests. Find elsewhere for your moneys.

Great value for the money. Located at the entrance of a shopping center with restaurants and supermarket with western food and asian food. Great views from the rooftop terrace where the swimming pool is very clean. Our apartment was very well decorated with nice views. The staff was friendly and helpful. Common areas clean.

Really nice apartments, very well managed by nice helpful staff, in an excellent location for access to diving and local shops, restaurants and bars. My room had an amazing view over the town to the ocean, and there's a lovely rooftop pool and terrace for sunset drinks. The room wasn't as big as I'd previously had in Tower II, so not quite as good value in that sense.

I stayed in Tower 1 for an entire month. I’d like to start off by saying that the staff was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Yoda and his team made my stay a very pleasant experience. The condominium is located in a great location close to both beaches ( Kata and nai harn) just a 5 min scooter ride from both. There are several coffee shops downstairs and a laundry service. I’d also like to add that this place is very close to all major Muay Thai gyms for those looking to train. Overall I will definitely recommend staying here and I personally will be back!!
