I'm not sure why the hotel gave the room to the customer with mold on the ceiling and mold on the bathroom walls, but overall it was okay (except for the mold). I'd like the hotel to improve the cleanliness a bit more, it would be great.

Overall, the hotel's service is good. The staff take good care of you, the rooms are clean, the view is beautiful and you can see the mountains. Hotel near bank and coin-operated laundry and dryer... ....Not able to use the hotel's Wi-Fi internet. The staff has been informed. But the staff informed that there was a problem with the internet in that room and the signal did not reach them. There is an internet counter in the room, but the equipment doesn't work. Finally had to use the public internet, but the mattress was not comfortable to sleep on. There are wrinkles from long use.

I understand that the price is cheap. Anyone with a small budget should be OK for this price……the picture is not as described as many people have reviewed. The building is very old. The rooms are not terrible, but the bathroom is very scary, dirty, has mold on the lock. The shower was broken. The worst part was when I finished taking a shower and stood to brush my teeth. There was water dripping from the ceiling. When I looked up, the ceiling swelled with yellow stains. Water was dripping down. I didn't know what kind of water it was. So I had to take a new shower!!!!! The room is quite noisy because it is next to the main road....it's late, what should I do? So I only slept for one night. The next morning, check out. I gave up several nights I had reserved to find a new place……..

Opening the bathroom door is very shocking. The condition is that it is not really There are a lot of mold stains, the toilet can't be flushed. The pillow is very smelly, have to bring a shirt to sleep Anyone who wants to come to sleep must also come to terms with the noise because it is next to the road, the room does not keep any sound at all. The sound of people talking in front of the room, next to the room, the sound of every car The sound of people scolding each other on the street can be heard. The price of 411 baht is not considered cheap. who used to stay, got 2 bottles of drinking water, soap, shampoo, shower cap, sometimes got tea, coffee, kettle But here is only 1 bottle of water, other than that, nothing. We are hotel sleepers a lot and have never seen any hotel like this. feel extremely lost And losing a lot of health because I can't sleep at all, the sound of the car is very loud, the pillow smells, the mattress collapses, the back pain is extreme.

If the room is not clean or dirty anywhere You can inform the front of the counter. Regular water heaters in every room are checked regularly. The customer may not be able to open it or the safety may bounce if found abnormal. or cannot be activated Please inform the front of the counter for inspection. Thank you.

So unprofessional. Money-oriented with so poor service. Don't ever come to this hotel, you can find a lot of better hotels around. We stay in a long time and no room service at all! Event the lobby, lift etc. all is so dirty. I don't see any travelers coming to this hotel, I just see some young people check in with their friends (I think a lot of travellers read all the bad reviews, and that 's all real! All the bad review is real because I found them myself. Horrible.

The picture and the room don't match the cover at all. The room is very old. The balcony is full of bird droppings. old bedding The bathroom doesn't look clean at all. The reception staff likes to not be at the counter. Please compile this first.
