They are staying here but they come to paint the small area near the room. They do not care whether the customers will smell bad or not. If you are going to renovate the room, you should not rent out the nearby room. It creates inconvenience for the customers.

The hotel is in a very old condition, there is only dust, the air conditioner is old, the staff is not very good service. Towels are not set. Call the lobby to request a towel, it's too late to bring it. I regret the money that I have booked a lot. probably won't come back to use this service again 😢

1 Room 1 card. Can not be 2 cards in case 2 people have private plans. Facilities are too old. There is no drinking water in the room. The reception staffs are not friendly. A bad location, quite far from BTS. Never come back!

The worst and most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in my life. This was not the value for the money I paid. Very bad hotel although very expensive. I never recommend.

It was quite pleasant staying at the Ivory hotel. Close to BTS. Food around the hotel is also plentiful and when we leave our suitcases. They keep it well.

The hotel is very old. All equipment that is unavailable should be discarded. Unable to watch TV. Refrigerator not cold. The bed is dirty. I am full of pillows. The lipstick is full on the pillow. In the room, the smell smelled like wet socks. I couldn't sleep all night.
