book a single bed Arrived, got a double bed, our legs hurt, had to walk up to the 3rd floor, the staff sympathized with the elevator on one side and walked down. but have to add the difference In conclusion, we change rooms. by having to pay extra without knowing who is at fault - people who book the room - system - hotel
