จองโรงแรมเมื่อวันที่ 10/04/2024 เข้าพักวันที่ 16/04/2024 - น้ำไม่ไหล 4 ทุ่มกว่าแล้ว คือโทรไปที่ Receptions ตั้งแต่ 2 ทุ่ม - พนักงานทั้งโรมแรมมี 1 คนถ้วน ไม่มีคนช่วยถือของ - เข้าห้องมามีกลิ่นเล็กน้อย - น้ำที่ไหลก็มีกลิ่นคาวมากๆ - โรงแรมไม่พร้อมที่จะเปิดใช้บริการเลย **** - ราคาที่เสียไปก็ไม่ใช่น้อยๆ แต่น้ำไม่ไหลแล้วบอกน้ำในแท้งค์หมด กำลังสูบน้ำ หมายความว่าไง มีเวลาให้เตรียมอยู่หลายวันก่อนเข้าไม่เช็คเลยหรอ หาก Walk-In มาพออาจจะเข้าใจได้ - ทั้งโรงแรมของวันนี้มีประมาณ 3 ห้องได้มั้ง แย่มากกกกกกก

The condition of the pool is that there are only algae, very dirty, locking the air conditioner temperature in the room again. The room has a musty smell. The bathroom is very smelly, the air conditioner is loud, don't come to stay, run away.

Employees don't care about customers. Check-in is complete Not helping carry bags or suggest rooms. The room was old and dilapidated from the entrance door. The general condition of the hotel, even the hotel label is old and worn out. Book with the app, pay the price including breakfast, pool view room, but let the room not see the pool view at all, although there are not many customers. until needing to change the room The new room is not cold air conditioner. The door handle fell off. No towels, no need to call the front to ask. Breakfast starts at 8:00 am, I feel like it's too late. not impressed

Everything is good, the staff is good, the service is good, but the only loss is the water is cloudy all the time. No matter how many times you come, it's cloudy. Come around here, the room is not very clean, the pillow smells, there are hair tufts in the bathroom.
