The lady at the front desk was very unsympathetic when we almost late for the airplane. She said, “Is that my fault?” When I asked her when the car for airport come that I booked at this hotel. Every traveler worries about whether they will late for the flight. Should not she comfort me? It 's understandable that the transportation will be late a little bit due to traffic jam. These cold words suddenly reduced my impression of this hotel to the lowest level. I know it 's not your fault, but your attitude presents this hotel 's service.

The hotel is near BTS station and supermarket, food street area so it is very convenient to travel and relax. The hotel has no slippers to walk around, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no small towel to wipe your face. The hotel has too many small cockroaches and insects, please consider this problem.

The room are so dirty that there 's a baby cockroach ran in front of me, bathroom also having weird smell. Room are so old like 30-40 years without proper maintenance, a lot of dust that induce your allergy. I can not sleep so just checking out of there room immediately.

The hotel location is good and the swimming pool is OK but the room was super old and the wall looked dirty. The worst thing is that we have people walking inside of our room multiple times in the middle of the night because the staff kept giving keys to our room. It was really traumatic.

The worst experience ever! I had request to check out late and ask the staff the day before I checked out and she said “check out until 5pm pay 1000bath”. On the last day, I came to check out at 4:45pm and the other staff said I had to pay full day which means 2580baht. I and my friends were surprised because it was not the price that we had been told before. We told them about what we had been told but they denied every thing and laughed and spoke something and kept laughing. The room is old, the funiture are old and some are broken. Bathroom is kind the joke because there is nothing called bathroom supplies. The beds are uncomfortable especially when you had experienced outdoor activities in Bangkok and at night with this bed it was a nightmare. Location is convenient, near bts phaya Thai and Victory Monument, and a lot of local foods there near the hotel. In conclusion, worst time in Thailand because of this hotel.

The room was dark even though there were lights on at night. There 's no brushteeths, combs, shampoo, basic equipments as other normal hotels. The sink stuck badly, water cannot go through, very dirty. We got to stick the key card many times for the door to open, while the staff 's card can open the door easily on just one try. The place was easy to go anywhere for it locates near Phraya Thai BTS station.
