We do not accept check-in after 8:00 p.m. unless we contact you beforehand. But when booking a room, there are only rooms left and the full amount is paid. The room is not staying. The money was not returned. Normally everywhere there are employees. There aren't any. They call and don't answer. Very bad. Coming so far away.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but customers can request a refund. Normally, all bookings are refunded, no one has not received a refund. Just inform the call center of the app that you booked.
Including on the booking page before payment, the travel app has already informed that you must call in advance only if you arrive after 8:00 PM so that the accommodation can inform the room number so that customers who arrive late can enter the room directly because the accommodation cannot contact customers directly. The agency does not send the phone number information to the accommodation. If you come to stay and do not stay, all bookings will be refunded.

บริการแย่มากก เจ้าของหอก็ไม่อยู่สักคน ติดต่อขอเช็คอินตอนแรกบอกเดี๋ยวแม่บ้านเอากุญแจมาให้ เรากับแฟนก็ยืนรออยู่ตั้งนาน มาเหนื่อยๆแทนที่จะได้เข้าห้องพักเลย ยืนรอแม่บ้านนานมา จนแฟนตัดสินใจโทรไปถามเจ้าของหออีกครั้ง ว่าเข้าห้องได้เลยใช่ไหมครับ เจ้าของหอตอบกลับ เข้าได้เลยครับ (เราคิดในใจ ไหนบอกแม่บ้านจะเอามาให้ยืนรอตั้งนาน) เข้าไปในห้องผิดหวังมากบอกเลย ห้องไม่ตรงตามในรูป ประตูก็เปิดยาก ติดพื้นเสียงดัง โทรทัศน์ก็เปิดไม่ได้ แบกของขึ้นมาถึงชั้น3 แค่ได้ห้องอะไรก็ไม่รู้ พอโทรไปบอกเจ้าของหอพัก (เสียงผู้หญิงเป็นคนรับสาย) บอกประตูปกติลมมันพัด แฟนบอกไม่ใช่ครับประตูมันมีเสียงดังเวลาเปิด จขห.บอกกลับอีกมันลมพัดเลยเสียงดัง เหมือนคนพูดปัดๆ โทรทัศน์บอกมันพัง แฟนเลยถามว่าเปลี่ยนห้องได้ไหมครับ จขห.รีบตอบปัดทันทีว่าไม่ได้ ห้องมันเต็มหมด ทั้งๆที่ห้องก็ไม่เต็ม (เรากับแฟนจึงตัดสินใจออกจากที่พักไปพักที่ใหม่ทันที) ราคาไม่แพง แต่บริการคือไม่ผ่าน เราไม่เสียดายตังค์ แต่นึกว่า จขห.จะคิดว่าการบริการมันควรจะบริการยังไง ปล.ถ้าพี่ผู้หญิงพูดดีกับเราตั้งแต่ที่แรก เราจะไม่อะไร แต่พูดเหมือนเรามาขออยู่ ตอบปัดๆรีบๆ (ไม่ไหวเด้อออ)

We booked at a price of 359 baht. The room is ok, reasonable price, a little deep into the alley. The entrance is not that narrow. but the disadvantage is Very few car parks, can park about 3 cars, just lose the parking lot. Other than that, everything is ok.
