Everything was great. Especially, the stuffs were very professional and helpful. Saima at the front desk and Ismail for general service were great and friendly. Although my stay was short, I thoroughly enjoyed the time there. I'll certainly stay again.

Our stay was amazing. From the time our taxi pulled up till we departed, we were treated extremely well. We arrived early in the day and the receptionist gave us our rooms early. What large, spacious rooms they were too. Comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Good shower. We even had a separate lounge with a sink and microwave. The staff were amazing greeting us each time as long lost friends. Everyone was so willing to help. Swimming pool looked great but unfortunately ran out of time to have a swim as there was too much to do. Our room was serviced well providing bottles of water which was much appreciated. Beds lovely and comfortable. Would love to return.

The website's high ratings raised my expectations, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. While the location was convenient, the rooms need significant updates, as the one we stayed in was overly dark. Although the towels and linens were clean, they were noticeably worn and in need of replacement. The service was commendable, but the hotel could benefit from some much-needed upgrades to enhance the overall guest experience. Lastly, there was no mention of the Dubai Museum being closed for nearly two years, which is a highlight of the location.

The hotel stay was very good. The staff went beyond to accommodate some of our problems we encounter. The hotel was going through some upgrading but we didn't get a chance to participate in some of the changes.

At the time of Check-in, the room was dirty and dirty, water was leaking. We asked for another room they charged extra for the family room and we found cigrattes on the carpets. VERY BAD SERVICE THEY DESTROYED MY VACATION. I HAVE A VIDEO AND PICTURE WITH THE HOTEL STAFF IN THE ROOMS.

Also they accommodated early checkin for me.
Bad - The TV in the room did not work. I was told there was a minibar in the room, which there wasn't.

the service at the desk was terrible, i was a couple of hours early due to my flight, my room was ready but they still charged me. The Ac didn't work in my room. The TV had only 4 English speaking channels as oppose to the many offered. The tap in the new room offered was broken and the towels we hard and discoloured.

Great location, very large rooms, BUT bathrooms seriously need refurbishment, mould in the corners, hot water flow intermittent, average breakfast spread. However on the plus side, very friendly and helpful staff, parking available, good value

The location was amazing. The comfort of the bed was not to my taste. It was hard. The room was spacious, bathroom was a bit smaller than an average Emerati toilet. The wood varnish was a bit too dark and had darkened to room much darker. Could have been a bit more light natural varnish.

Positive points, large rooms, very good service led by Bilal and his team, great location for shopping and numerous restaurants in the Hotel and in the area.
Negative very measly when providing Toiletries and Towels not a major issue but requesting them is not something the guest need to do

Hotel was situated on the busy street which is great for my tour purpose.
I was just disappointed that the hotel refused to reissue unused food vouchers that I paid for, but did not use on the appointed day during my stay. I tried to use it the next day and they declined it, and further refused to reissue it.
