Asiana Hotel is great. The staff are fantastic, attentive and kind, it’s good value and the beds are amazing. It’s my second stay the last one being ten years ago and the hotel was just as I remembered it. The spa is good, and the rooms are clean.

We couldn’t sleep because of the loud karaoke singing at the Boracay Club. Our room wasn’t sound proof and unfortunately, our room was somewhere above the Boracay Club. We could hear talking, shouting, singing and loud music.

Nice place. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Daily construction in the day in other rooms drove me crazy. I asked for a room change and was told there working on almost every floor changing out light pods. I wish they had at least comped a day or provided good vouchers for the trouble. Otherwise, nice hotel.

A nice property in Deira. Booked a non smoking room and was placed on a smoking floor, in a smoking room. Wasn't to noticeable and was too tired to change after a 16hr flight. Gym facilities ok, but no towels or bottle water provided like many of the other hotels in the area. Very friendly staff, and 2 really good bars/nightclubs.

Five stars for the on site Korean restaurant, hands down the best Korean food I have ever had. I stay at this hotel solely because of this restaurant. Hotel itself is ok, but the noise from the night club is quite noticeable. It does not bother me, but could be a deal breaker for others. Neighborhood is in the “common folks” area of Dubai, I.e., you will not see the gold Lambo.

Asiana is a lovely hotel in what looks like a run-down area. The hotel has a modern look and the staff are really wonderful and make you feel really welcome.
Must really thank the reception staff and breakfast staff such as Jin, Bikki, Alfonso, Kennedy who remembered mum's likes and were so attentive. Particularly Chef Davis and Manjeet who looked out for my mum dietary requirements.
Small improvements: This is 5 star hotel so needs cappuccinos and wider variety of beverages, rooms need liquid milk too not just powdered and welcome drinks on arrival. The gym shouldn't be women's only Between 12-2pm only in a day. Its very restricted times.
Hotels.com has been the issue as their booking form is inconsistent with what you get in your booking. Then spent 4 hours trying to resolve and it was total waste of time as they wouldn't accept their fault.

Tried to check in an hour before 2pm and had to wait the whole hour because a room was not ready yet. I’ve always managed to get a room at a hotel within an hour of normal check in time. I was tired and kind of disappointed because I really wanted to get some sleep. Then once I finally did check in at 2pm, the check in process took way longer than I normally have to wait. At least 10-15 minutes and I was the only guest in line.
Also the details of this booking said you get a free welcome drink, but none was offered and I even asked about it. The woman worker I asked grinned and said they don’t offer any welcome drinks.
So after check in I get to the room and the only thing I was annoyed with was not having any outlets near the bed. Had to charge my phones on the other side of the room. That’s a first time I ever seen that. Didn’t like that at all. Only good things I liked about this hotel was a comfortable bed and nice shower pressure and temperature.
