The room was utilitarian, but ok for a night

Being from out of state and familiar with the area it is felt that a new sign be put it so that at night time it is easier for people to find the entrance to the Alot and Extreme Hotles. Arriving at night and there not being a lighted sign, I had to look really hard to find and read your entrance to your hotel. Upon leaving, there should be a sign pointing the way to leave the parking lot area, again being from out of state and not knowing the area, there was a small challenge there. But the entrance is the one that should really be corrected.

I know some folks like the “simple” look. But the room was so sparsely decorated, it felt almost like sleeping in a jail cell ( not that I ever have-but it’s what I would imagine). No lamp on the desk. All furnishings except the one chair, built in to the wall. No door on the bathroom. Everything worked well, but not much to look at. Not even plastic liners in the trash cans. Also, my husband felt put out that they knocked on the door in the morning while we were still in the room. He thought they should notify staff when folks check out, not have them knock on the door. These things seem small, and I hardly ever mention anything negative, but someone told me recently that it’s always good to say something so that improvements can be made. Or, in the case of the “simplified” appearance, it might be that some folks just don’t care for that type of setting and would book elsewhere. The facilities were clean but my room was a bit disheveled. The refrigerator was lopsided, one of the curtains was missing the rod cover which reduced the blackout effect, and the little bottle of lotion provided was empty.

Reserved a king bed and may room had 2 queen beds

Ceiling was pealing in several locations in the room. Sings of water leaks. Very dark, depressing choose of finishes. Staff was good

The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable

There was no mini fridge or microwave and parking is hard to find

OK if you just need a cheap option for your trip to Boston area. The mattresses in the bedroom kept sliding so we had to readjust a couple mornings. We were there for three nights and from what we can tell the housekeepers never checked the room we were in - since trash was never emptied we ran out of room in the small trash cans provided, and when we ran out of clean towels had to ask the front desk for more. It was also hard to control the temperature in the room as we weren't able to turn off or cover the vent blowing in cold air Overall the place is fine if you don't mind it being a little less comfortable compared to other hotels / don't need anything fancy. The breakfast is not free but the options for purchase are good!

this was a biz trip for 2 nights. Location close to Minuteman Park. Would recommend

Room was clean and well designed. Dog friendliness was a big plus.

Absolutely awful. I booked a room w two queen beds. When I arrived at 10:30pm tjey told me they only had a room w a king bed. Since i was with my two teenage daughters this would not work. I had to book a best western at $500 a nite. I am furious
