The property is too old and the room is dirty. The bath towels are old and worn. Shampoo is average amount, body lotion is to small that barely comes out of the bag.

Old victorian build. The door would not open after several tries I went back to office. He said to pull out, I returned and still would not open. Someone finally came to open door.
The shower didn’t work, the water only came out hot or cold you couldn’t adjust.
Simply put my worst hotel experience ever!!!!!

What I liked: good price for San Francisco and the room was a decent size. What I did not like: we reserved a king bed but we received a room with two beds, the shower knob did not work and there was only scalding hot water, the toilet did not flush well, the reception takes your payment and gives you the room key through a security window facing the busy street, and the hallways and room smelled old and of cigarette smoke.

I almost didn't want to book here becuase of the reviews. We had a one Queen bed on the 4th floor. The room was small ans cozy and looked really cleaned. Just be aware that there are no elevators and you'll have to carry all your luggage. The place is on a busy street ap do expect street noise. There's a bus stop that takes you near Fishermen's Warf, would recommend you purchase a day pass and use all their public transportation.

Heater didn’t work so it was cold and no extra blankets and the room phone doesn’t have a direct line for the front desk and no Kleenex box either or refrigerator
